Dr. Orozco and the entire staff at Mid-Columbia Dental in Kennewick always do a fantastic job. Upon entering the dental office, we are always warmly greeted by the reception staff. The hygienists are all amazing and make a real effort in making sure the patient understand’s their dental health and how to best proceed going forward. The equipment used here is more high tech compared to other dental offices in the area I have visited. It seems more compact and less of a burden on the patient in terms of discomfort. When fitting for a night guard, the process was super quick and easy with their imaging machine. No excessive mouth stretching or teeth moulding were necessary. They are very sweet here and patient comfort is a priority. From making sure your seat is adjusted comfortably to providing headphones to cancel out the scary noises of drills to providing light blocking sunglasses, they make the dental process as easy as possible. Did I mention the dental exam chairs have massage features? Overall, the team and the office is awesome and we will continue coming back.

This is Bette, Keith's wife, who was the patient. I cannot give enough thanks and praise to Dr. Orozco and his amazing staff for squeezing me in on short notice to take care of my significant dental emergency. I broke off one of my four front teeth crowns at the gum line and looked in the mirror at a gaping hole. Oh no!! I contacted Mid-Columbia Dental and spoke with Mickey one of their receptionists, who was very understanding and knowledgeable. She managed to squeeze me into their schedule that same afternoon. Dr. Orozco met with my husband and me, going over the options available to do the needed repair. He was thorough and patient in explaining my options. I was able to have the work down within two days. Dr. Orozco was amazing, both in his dental work and care in putting me at ease. The process was painless. I am a senior and have had numerous experiences with dentists through the years. Bottom line, my experience with Dr. Orozco and Mid-Columbia Dental was by far the best. Thank you for putting a smile back on my face!

Great experience at my new dental office - I chose Mid-Columbia Dental in Kennewick because of the wonderful reviews. I’ve been there twice now, for a cleaning and then for 2 crowns and a filling - and I can add my own review and say they live up to the 5-star reviews I’ve read! The entire staff is amazing and friendly - I felt everyone took such great care to make sure I was comfortable during the entire process (both for the cleaning and my crowns for two teeth with old amalgam that needed to be removed, and a filling). Dr Orozco and all the staff are the best! I’m happy I’ve chosen Mid Columbia Dental for my future dental needs.

I find myself smiling while writing this review. My visit today at the Mid -Columbia Dental office in Kennewick was outstanding! Which truth be told, I was not looking forward to getting a tooth repaired that broke from prior dental work (not done by Mid Columbia Dental) Upon arriving to the office, I was greeted by two friendly smiles. The dental staff and doctor were amazing. I truly can say the experience was not painful but ironically joyful all the way up to paying the bill. I found myself thanking the two gals up front Nikki and Nicole for a being so kind and helpful and that I looked forward to seeing them again soon. Who says that when leaving a dental office???? Lol 😆. Thank you Mid Columbia Dental for your compassion and great customer service.

Mid-Columbia Dental did it again! I had two great appointments for my crown prep and set. From beginning to end, I was so comfortable and very happy with the outcome of the procedure.

Came into the Kennewick office today for teeth whitening and I was beyond happy with my results and I’m glad I chose to come here!! The office was impeccable and loved the vibe. Front office and all the hygienist were very helpful and kind. I got to talk with Dr. Greer for a few minutes before my session which I appreciated. He gave me some good info on what my next steps should be with my future dental work. I’m ecstatic to become an established patient, there’s no doubt I will be well taken care of with all my dental needs, thank you all!! 😁

Extremely nice and welcoming staff. Dr. Orozco was very patient and understanding of my dental needs. He went over and beyond what previous dentists have done to make sure my new denture will fit correctly and look exactly how I want.

Mid-Columbia Dental is head and shoulders above any office I’ve visited. They were easy to get scheduled, on time, I walked in the door and went right back without going to a waiting room. Everyone was upbeat and professional. I hope you visit them soon.

Everybody here is wonderful. I have dental anxiety and struggle at every time I visit a dentist. The staff at Mid-Columbia Dental is so understanding and so patient. There is no judgement at all. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great dental clinic.
