After the last 4 years going to Advantage Dental, having to schedule through 3 different locations to get one tooth capped, we decided to try a different Dentist. Both my wife and I can tell you these folks are awesome. They completed many procedures at one appointment, professionally and always with a smile. They treated us like a customer should be treaded. We had a dental emergency on Saturday. After trying many offices and numerous messages left. Dr. Orozco called me immediately. He asked a few questions as was able to provide medical advice plus prescribe meds. The Dr then went on to give his cell phone number to be reached for any further questions. I appreciated their genuine thoughtfulness to my situation and prompt responses..Monday, here we are at the office. The staff is exceptional, thorough, professional and genuine in their efforts to make u feel comfortable, get u the best care and best price they possibly can.. highly recommend this place for adults.

I arrived in Kennewick on Sunday for a week of business. By the time I got to the hotel, my left rear molar, with a 26-year-old gold crown was truly hurting every time I closed my teeth together. I had to get the problem addressed. I Googled dentists and came across this firm and they did emergencies. I was at their front door at 0745 Monday morning. After going thru the paperwork process, giving them my insurance card, getting some pictures and x-rays and initial eval, it was time for the corrective action - taking the tooth. The jawbone to the rear of the tooth was in bad shape and the rear root was loosened; there was also some infection. I was done by about 1015, for a total of around 2.5 hours. After the anesthetic shots wore off, there was only a little discomfort, but the pain was gone. Not bad for a walk-in cold call with an emergency. I strongly recommend Mid-Columbia Dental if you need to establish a new dentist relationship.

My 6 year old daughter had her first appointment with them today and i was blown away. Everyone was so friendly and so caring and went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable. The dr and the assistants were very thorough and explained to my daughter what they would do and what tools would be used. Definitely recommend them to everyone!
