Made an appointment for a $99 exam, xray and cleaning. I have $500 dental benefit. No where on their ad says "for no insurance patients". They charged me $300. I will be complaining to the insurance commissioner. Read on...
Then they told me I need 4 crowns and 1 filling. $4k.
I got a 2nd opinion. The new dentist told me I need two fillings - the one Mid Columbia said I need and a small one in one of the teeth they said I need a crown.
They wanted me to pay $4k for two crowns.
False advertising, and I didn't give permission to charge my insurance $300. I agreed to $99.

I typically don’t leave reviews but the reason I decided to go to this dentist was because of all the reviews they had. I’m happy I did because they have the kindest people here. From the moment you walk in you’re just greeted and everyone’s super nice and easy to talk to. They make sure you’re comfortable at all times and they’re happy to answer any questions you might have. If you’re looking for a dentist I’d definitely recommend this place.

The staff at Mid-Columbia Dental are amazing. Nikki and Nicole are the first people you see when you walk into the office and they always make you feel welcome with big smiles. Emma is an amazing Dental Hygienist that takes the time to make her patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Reggie Orozco has a gentle touch and ensures your know what’s going on during and after your appointment and procedures.
I wouldn’t go any where else. This is an amazing dental office where they treat you like family and not just another patient. Five stars is not high enough praise in my opinion.

I've had a great fear of dental work /procedures for quite a few years now due to negative experiences in the past. But at Mid-Columbia Dental my experience has been Amazing! Their gentle cleaning, administration of the numbing agent, and everything else has been the best experience ever.
