The ladies at LL Family Dentistry are the best there is. Let’s be real - going to the dentist isn’t a day at the beach, BUT they make sure you are smiling, comfortable, and that your teeth are taken care of. They work around your schedule and do the best dental work in town. Dr. Olmstead is top notch and she has a fantastic team! You should probably get your teeth cleaned… and you should go to Liberty Lake Family Dentistry to do it.

Unfortunately I've had to edit my review due to some recent circumstances.
Pros:
I absolutely love the hygenists and assistants, and Dr. Olmsted is also super friendly. It's a beautiful office, and they're generally pretty easy to get booked in. They have TVs and offer blankets for comfort and take the time to get to know you as an individual. I'm very pleased with the personal touch and family feeling they offer. I also have had great experience with the front desk in the past outside of a current situation that I'll mention below.
Cons:
The wait times while in the chair are excessive to be completely honest. They do work on multiple patients at once, which is completely understandable given the needs, but due to this, it's been normal for me to have to wait while being numbed in the middle of my procedure (due to what sounded like an emergency that came in), and causing me to be late getting my children from daycare to where I had to call someone to pick them up for me. I've also struggled with that rushed feeling, and have unfortunately had to come back because of it. I've had a front tooth filling come out while flossing and had to be sent to another one of their offices so I could get it repaired urgently outside of my work schedule, and I had a faulty filling that appeared fine on xrays and from the outside, but hurt pretty severely to the point I couldn't even floss it. They tore it out and resealed it going based off my word, but I did get charged for it (in which I did call and request the office manager remove it due to it not being my fault, and she did). I'm also starting to have pain on another tooth they've worked on recently, and am dreading the fact that I'm going to have to call and schedule another Saturday appointment for. And last but not least, I am a little frustrated over a payment issue. I don't necessarily blame anyone for it, (although I do feel a bit of attitude coming from the other side implying I need to get it paid immediately as they've already provided me the "one time courtesy of waiting until the 1st") but it is frustrating that I gave them my credit card number that has over $600 available on it, and yet their machine keeps declining my $82 transaction. I'm now going to have to drive all the way out there on my lunch break due to a machine issue.
Long story short, beautiful office, amazing people, fast appointments, but book early enough in the day and leave your schedule open the rest of it so you can get the quality work they normally provide, and you don't have to worry about them rushing to get you out on time.

The staff are always making sure you are comfortable and keep you informed of what they are doing for you. Thank you to everyone for turning what is usually a traumatic event for me into a “hey, that wasn’t so bad” experience!🙏🏽

Great staff and overall experience. I’ve been seeing Dr Olmstead and staff for 3 years now after a long run without insurance and care. Since we have fixed a couple problem areas and a same day crown. I now have a clean bill of health and gained knowledge on how to tackle my problem areas.

If a dental visit can be called "great", LL Family Dentistry is great. The staff is excellent both in manner and ability. Explanations are given and instructions are easy to follow. They are doing a great job in keeping my teeth healthy.

First of all, my teeth have never felt cleaner! I've always had my teeth regularly cleaned but since moving to Spokane I had to find a new office. I am very happy I came here! My appointment was on time. The staff was undoubtedly the friendliness I've encountered in a dental office. Very comfortable environment. This made the whole experience very pleasant. I honestly look forward to my next visit!

Great experience with Liberty Lake Family Dentistry. I have been a customer of theirs for about a year now and its always a pleasant experience (as pleasant as possible at least). Their staff are all very friendly and take the time to explain everything involved with the appointment or any future planned work. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I am recently new to this practice and have loved both my experiences! During my second trimester of pregnancy I needed a root canal procedure and I was not anticipating how comfortable they would make it! Constantly asking if I needed to stand, walk, readjust my position. I was so grateful and will continue to go to them as long as I’m in the area!

Surprised to see all new front desk staff...kind of made it feel like my first time in the office, not as friendly or personable as I’ve come to expect here. On a brighter note, dental hygienist Breanna is an outstanding example of someone completely dedicated to her trade. She’s good and does a very thorough job of teaching, cleaning, X-raying & numbing. Nice work Mrs. B!!
