Dr Olmstead and her professional staff treat my entire family. The deltal hygenest that cleans out teeth, walk us through each process that they are working while cleaning, and provide recommendations on how we might improve taking care of out teeth. And of course, Dr Olmstead visits with us after every cleaning, to go over any problems discovered, provide a course of action for fixing any teeth, and to catch up on family members. I will never go anywhere else.

I am a Lyft driver, and this morning I gave a ride to a young lady who is an international student out to this dentist from Gonzaga in Spokane. To get there and back again, this trip would cost her $60. She did not realize that it would be all the way out in Liberty Lake, so she called and told them that she would be 15 minutes late. When we got there it was hard to find the front door, so she ended up being 20 minutes late. When she told them that she was here for her 11 o'clock appointment at 11:20 comma after already telling them that she would be 15 minutes late, they told her that she was too late and would have to make an appointment for a later time. Has her Lyft driver I understood that they were treating her terribly. I went in and explained how she had spent $60 to get there, and how she had already told them that she would be late. They said that there was nothing they could do to help her. I said that I knew that they could, and that of they did not help this lady, I would complain on her behalf to the Better Business Beaurou. The manager left me for a few minutes and came back saying that I could bring the young lady in, but never threaten her with Better Business Beaurou again. Terrible service. Extremely inconsiderate of their patient. Taking advantage of international students.

As a disabled senior in a wheelchair I appreciate the extra accommodation that I receive at Dr. Olmstead's office. It is one thing to be basically accommodated. It is another to be accommodated by trained staff who have a working knowledge of our special needs.

The dentist who did my cavity fillings was in such a rush to get somewhere else she did not make sure they set correctly. At the end of the procedure I tried to ask her some questions and she rushed me out of the door. She told me she was late getting somewhere and ran off. Yet when I got my numbing shots at the beginning of my procedure, they left me sitting for a full hour and by the time she got to the middle of my procedure my numbness was wearing off. I was feeling a lot of pain during the middle and end of the procedure. She did not offer to give me more numbing. BEWARE. Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. I was in terrible pain over a week after the procedure, and I finally ended up having to get the bite reset at a different dentist.

The dentists are nice enough but their billing is horrible. after asking for a pre-authorization and getting a confirmation on how much i'd pay via their own billing dept, when the work was done they tried to charge twice as much as excepted. they said they never know how much insurance would cover and i later found out they didn't do a pre-auth at all. beware if you are getting work done that falls outside normal coverage.

Dr Olmsted and her staff knew this the moment I walked in.. they’ve dealt with my kind before and knew exactly how to put my mind at ease.. her team is truly amazing.. the best experience someone can have sitting in a dental chair... Dr Olmsted is caring, compassionate and intelligent and I couldn’t be more happy with the work that she’s done for me...
