Gaye Bloxom requested a dental appointment with Dr Brian Macall. It was a first visit to this clinic and it was a pleasant surprise. Dr Macall squeezed me in and addressed my dental problem. He was thoughtful and efficient. I was given options for treatment and I made a followup appointment for further care. His assistants were friendly and it was a nice experience. I will refer others to this dental clinic. Thank you for the excellent care.

Update: I wanted to come on here again and say how amazing Liberty Lake Smile Source is! I was diagnosed over a year ago with trigeminal neuralgia which is an awful nerve pain condition in my mouth. The office offered comfort measures during my cleaning which was so helpful. Becky was amazing as always she made me feel comfortable and she is very skilled at her job. Becky also took it slow and constantly checked how I was feeling. Becky has always been so positive when she talk to me and never makes me feel bad when my "build up" is more than previous visits. The new provider Dr. Smith was also very kind and she also took it slow and easy. My whole experience at their office was much better than I had prepared myself for.

Previous: I have been seeing Dr. Casey for several years since my family moved back to Spokane. He has been the nicest most caring dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Recently he had to break some bad news, that one of my root canels failed, and he did it is such a kind, gentle and educational way. I struggled with the news but I know it would have been far worse if it came from another less caring provider. Dr. Casey is always positive and encouraging every visit and the staff makes you feel like you are family.

All those we came in contact with were extremely compassionate and reassuring. We feel confident that we are in the best possible place for our situation and that they will do their best to provide us with a great outcome!
