I've been going to Dr. Torrey since I moved to Pullman 3 years ago. I refuse to go anywhere else and only trust him and Amanda to work with my teeth. They understand your schedule and try to accomodate your work so that it's convenient. I actually look forward to going to the dentist.

I wish I could give more stars! These folks were fantastic and helped me out of a jam and I couldn't recommend them more.After coming to Pullman all the way from NC for work, I slipped on ice and knocked part of a tooth out. Was hurting a great deal and ended up finding Dr. Torrey online and just walked into the office asking for help with no appointment. They immediately started the process of getting me in, taking X-Rays, working around my work schedule, and fixing me up. They took time and care to help, did so with a full day schedule, and stayed after hours, all just to make sure a guy who would never be a regular customer could make it home to the South fixed up. These are true, caring Professionals. I cant thank them enough and if I lived in Pullman, this would be my go to.Definitely. Thanks to you all again!

I want to say Thank you to Ann for the way she explained the procedure and insurance to me. That meant so much to me how kind and thoughtful she was. A lot of times, professionals have their own language they use everyday that we can't understand. We become a little fearful and intimidated. Ann took the time to answer my questions. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Dr. Torrey remembers who your are and visits with you, he and his staff explain the procedures and options very thoroughly and answer any questions you might have. Always a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The worst experience with dentist so far. I needed to fix one of my tooth because it was broken (chipped) instead of fixing my tooth first they wanted to charge me with some $2000 for fillings which I did not need and another $4-5k for tooth implant (my insurance doesn't cover this). I am glad to found another (I mean honest) dentist who fixed my chipped tooth for $200 and told me that my cavities are not a problem. These people want to rip you off.
