This place refused to provide me with dental care that I very much needed. I have great insurance and still they wouldn't pull a tooth that hurt worse than anything in my life! I live close to this clinic and even though I asked and received permission previously to use their electricity, they took two laptops that I was working on and I was lucky to get them back. They also say that the admins don't allow people to get water to drink there. I have been so dehydrated I thought I was going to faint, and begged them for a drink of water, they said they can't have a bunch of people there getting water...
This clinic has potential to help a lot of people in the area. Change those thoughtless and cruel policies and love your community! Everyone has the right to have drinking water

Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Their dentists need to work on their “bed side manner”. Telling a young adult their teeth are going to fall out by 40 is BAD PRACTICE!!! Telling them the facts of small roots or whatever the issue is, would be better if handled with some actual care! We are human beings with emotions and feelings. When you tell a person who has been doing EVERYTHING RIGHT, that there is nothing they can do to prevent said tooth loss, you have INDEED FAILED. FIND A DIFFERENT WAY TO EXPLAIN!!!! Bedside manner is everything and Unify doesn’t have it. They lost an entire family’s business. NO ONE from our extremely large family will EVER GO TO UNIFY DENTAL! We will also spread the word to find somewhere else to go!

went in with a broken tooth and had exam on rest of teeth. was told I had some cavities but several options but needed to come back for another exam. so went back, they did xrays and then some options turned into - wanting to pull my remaining teeth for dentures and then it was discovered the technican never removed a bottom partial in my mouth. I was going to get a second opinion but my insurance only allowa 1 exam a year. would like to know how it went from me having several options to only option pulling alll my teeth. and if they took xrays with a partial denture in how accurate was the films? .trying to make contact with them but Im not gettinh through. they used up my years insurance benefit so theres no option to go get a second opinion.

Told that lady my tooth was bad from the get go from the first apt instead they want 2 clean then fix it well I tried you guys didn't listen I said my tooth is hurt and bad now the whole right side of my mouth is numb and I feel my bad tooth even more no one listens to me so I won't be going back there ever AGAIN or my kids either
