Very friendly and informative. They made me feel comfortable and not nervous. They explained everything in simple terms for me to understand and showed me everything. I really felt included and not in the dark. Great staff and would recommend to anyone including children. My son was so scared before walking in and he walked out happy and no longer afraid. My wife & I had our first visit with Dr. David Johns and his staff yesterday. We had been with Dr. Stephen Kern in Lacey for over 25 years until he retired this past January. Dr. John’s was highly recommended by a close friend & retired dentist so we expected a highly professional dentist & office staff and were not disappointed. Dr. John’s has a very friendly chair side manner and explains your personal dental condition and recommend future work in easy to understand language. Both dental hygienist, Nichole and Kaitlyn were very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to communicate with. Even the photographer, Isa was very friendly and professional. We were impressed with the whole staff and would strongly recommend this dental office & staff to any of our family & friends.
