Johns Family and Implant Dentistry

Very kind and caring staff who somehow always remember me 🙂 My dental hygienists have always been very thorough and never pushy. I’ve never had an issue here and highly recommend Dr Johns and his staff!

Recently I got my first crown and needless to say I was a little nervous. The staff has always been very nice and did there best to assure me they would do a great job. Dr John and his assistant Day did great work he was fast he was affective and he was sensitive to my concerns and kept a careful eye out for any indicators of if I felt any pain and was quick to make sure I wouldn't feel any discomfort. The whole procedure was virtually painless. I didn't feel like I was there any longer than I needed to be. It was a relief to get this taken care of so quickly and efficiently. And the best part was the next day his assistant Day (thats her name just so theres no confusion) called me out of the blue to make sure I was feeling alright.

What else can you say? Quality work done in a timely manner by an excellent staff. Getting a crown isn't the funnest but it wasn't half bad thanks to Dr. john.

The staff greeted us with professionalism and concern and helped us to get to ours respective places.

The dentist environment was very modernized clean and sanitary. It was beautifully decorated and they took the necessary precautions because of COVID-19.

Every time I visit Johns Family Dentistry the whole staff makes me feel like family. I would recommend them to everyone needing dental care.

I had to be sedated In order to walk through the front door when I started seein Dr John's. he & his staff are so wonderful I no longer need sedation for any treatments. All the staff members are so warm, friendly & truely care for each & every patient as well as each other.

There are significant problems with Dr. John's administrative staff. He primarily being responsible for setting the tone for the Puyallup location. After six years of repeated carelessness to patient needs when their is an emergency, I said enough is enough. If you are a current patient, you probably have experienced the challenges associated with rescheduling appointments. Their outgoing message says do not leave appointment cancelations; however, if the front receptionists are not returning calls nor answering their phones, how do you reschedule appointments? Go figure!!!! Resented I needed to rechedule an appointment due to an emergency at work two days before my appointment time. After two days of calling their office, I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone an hour before my appointment. His receptionist response to my cancelation request was, "Did you leave a message on the message system?" I was livid because this reaction was so disrespectful to a patient knowing that their outgoing message system says the opposite. Frequently I have had to calls for a week to get an appointment rescheduled. Most resent my I had an unexpected and unacceptable.

Honestly, beautiful location but terrible office staff which impacts my decision not to return or recommend to anyone. Highly suggest that you go somewhere that at least will be honest and flexible about patient care needs. This office does not care.
