Johns Family Dentistry is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone from the front desk to the billing department is so friendly and kind. I recommend this place to everyone.

This is a family friendly dental practice from the receptionists to the dental practitioners, and they make you feel like part of the family. My exam was thorough, and all my questions were answered. It's nice to feel cared about..

So happy to have found this place! On my first visit I found it to be a friendly, comfortable environment with state-of-the-art technology (quite a pleasant surprise to find such a great place that accepts military insurance!). The staff is professional, straight forward, and most of all kind when it comes to my realistic dental care and long-term smile goals! Highly recommended!!!

When my 12 year old broke the crown on his front tooth at 4:45p, they were able to get him in at 5p. Dr. Johns, Day and Carrie stayed after hours, until nearly 7p working to repair the crown and give my son a temporary so he wouldn't have to go to school without a front tooth. We are so thankful for the team at Johns Family Dentistry. They always go the extra mile.

Finding a good dental team is one of the hardest things I have had to navigate. I tried other dentists and it just didn’t feel right until I was referred to Dr. Johns. The whole team is superb from the appointment setting, actual dental work, billing and the insurance maze.

*writing this review on my mother in law’s behalf as she is not tech savvy*
The experience with this dental clinic was horrible from start to finish. My mother had an infection in her mouth that was very painful, she was first prescribed a weak antibiotic that didn’t work. She then went in for a follow up consultation in which Dr. Johns told her she would need a tooth extracted to clear up the infection. My mother believed she knew which tooth was the problem and pointed it out to the dentist, who ignored her and insist she get one of her front teeth pulled immediately. She then took another round of antibiotics and went in to have the tooth pulled (at this point my mother had been infected, in pain and nauseous for weeks). Upon arriving for the extraction the clerk asked my mother how she was doing. My mother had been in quite a deal of pain so she replied that she wasn’t doing well, the clerk then promptly replied “oh good.” as she couldn’t even be bothered to give 10 seconds of attention to the patient. Fast forward to the extraction of the front tooth, this DID NOT clear the infection. The dentist then charged my mother for yet another consultation and told her a different tooth was the problem (the tooth my mother initially pointed out to Dr. Johns that he had disregarded). As my mother was now missing a front tooth, she was easily coerced into a full mouth extraction resulting in dentures. My mother reached out to the clinic/dentist via a letter regarding the lack of professionalism from both the clerical staff and the dentist, and to request that some of the charges be waived (the extra consultations and the incorrect root extraction) to which the dentist never responded and has not waived any fees. This dental clinic and all of the staff are a nightmare to deal with, please be wary. We will most likely be taking legal action against this business.

The absolute best dental care I have ever received. I love the staff and atmosphere, plus they are so understanding and accommodating of my dental anxiety. I highly recommend John's Family Dentristy.
