This is a great dental office and Dr. May is the best dentist I've ever had. My family has always had a great experience in the office and their work is tremendous. They will always make sure it's done right. I highly recommend Sleep Dentistry of Spokane.

I love service at that place. My family visit it for several years. Always great service, warm atmosphere. I had my child under sedation there, also just regular check ups, general dental work ;
Today we had a regular check up with my 6 y.old - nurses were very friendly and nice, explaining everything they do or will do in the way child will understand and be cool about it.
Love them.

Very friendly and professional! The staff really took the time to get to know me as a person and make sure all of my needs are taken care of, from insurance coverage to any concerns while getting my teeth worked on.

They are on time with appointments and efficient when getting work done which is really nice. Every time I go in I feel like I'm a valued customer!!!

Worst experience I’ve had at a dentist office ever. The staff were extremely nice don’t get me wrong but I came in for concerns about cavities because my teeth ached when I ate something too sweet. They told me they had to replace
Almost to all of my fillings I had and that they were either decaying or were an issue. They were very aggressive with my mouth for both appointments and I kept hearing “oops” “that was close” “almost poked you/ cut you”. Not very professional. After I got all of the fillings replaced, I’ve had trouble eating because the pressure of biting down sends shocks into my nerves, cold and heat sensitivity which I’ve never had before, they left two teeth almost completely unaltered after applying the filling paste, and I still can’t eat too sweet of foods because now those two teeth I mentioned before feel horrible. My teeth were strong and I’ve never had issues like that in my life. Very disappointed. I was recommended by my wife who has had barely any issues with them but I was a new patient and they did not leave a good first impression with that. 😫

I was referred to Sleep Dentistry of Spokane because of my daughter (age 15) who is terrified of having any dental treatments. Her tendency to faint with needles as well as her overwhelming anxiety has caused us to seek an office that can supply special accommodations for situations like hers. Her first appointment she was put to sleep and that all went fine but her second treatment was what really impressed me about their office. The dental hygienist was able to help my daughter work through the whole experience without putting her to sleep and no fainting! My daughter isn’t over her fears yet but this was a HUGE step to help her realize that it’s possible to have treatments done with no fainting and have a positive experience. Thank you Lindsay for helping my daughter feel empowered today.

Our autistic, non-verbal, epileptic son began going to Sleep Dentistry about 8-10 years ago. In July of 2015 we moved to Yakima and struggled to find a sedation dentist. We struggled to find dental care that would work with our unique situation. So we called sleep dentistry and they easily welcomed us back! Today, our 19yr old non-verbal, autistic, epileptic son was seen at Sleep Dentistry and had his wisdom teeth pulled. The staff is so kind, welcoming, professional and more! We can't say enough good things about Sleep Dentistry of Spokane! Thank You for always giving our son great and high quality care!

This has to be the most ridiculoius money making dentistry office I have ever experienced. We had a consult almost 3 weeks ago. I was told my daughter needed a pre op physical before they could schedule the appt. I just called the office and they confirmed they did recieve the physical paperwork but it would take a week for the burse to review. Meanwhile my daughter has
cavitites that are causing her pain and probably wont even get her teeth taken care of till next year. I was referred to this office and was personally against this approach . I have private insurance. And feel like they are running up the bill at my daughters expense.

We were referred to them by my child's dental village for ONE crown. After our visit here, they told us they wanted to put NINE crowns in my child's mouth. On EIGHT of his baby teeth that had minimal to no decay. I called the pediatric dentist office and told them what sleep dentistry was trying to pull... The receptionist said I was the 3rd complaint to them about their referrals to sleep dentistry about over treatment. My child had just been to the ped dentist the week prior and their was no mention from the dentist of other teeth needing crowns (especially baby molars). Sleep Dentistry is clearly greedy and dangerous!

Update: 1/29/2020: I Spokane with our pediatric dentist and he legitimately asked me to delete this review (he asked me 3 or 4 times, and each time I declined). He told me that crowns aren't the only option and I must have written this review while I was upset. I told him that sleep dentistry didn't tell me there were other options other than crowns on baby teeth and therefore it is even more reason to keep my review, and thus has prompted me to add to it. I told him I feel sense sleep dentistry is the only pediatric sedation option then parents should be able to make an informed decision to trust or not sleep dentistry by seeing experiences that are both positive and negative.
