One Stop Dentistry

It's hard to say one "enjoys" going to a dentist. :-) Still, as it is a necessity of life, we go. I really like all the staff and Dr. Norooz as well. The dental work is top notch. And the whole atmosphere of the office is kind of homey. You feel like the people who work there enjoy each other and their work, and they make you feel welcome. I had a tooth pulled and an implant. I couldn't be more satisfied.

First of all the upfront women are Amazing and kind! The dentist is a horrible person. He literally said to me and the office( as he shouted from the exam room to the front desk staff) that I want to bounce around the country and Mexico looking for a rich man since I had mentioned that I would like to see the quickest options I have since I'm moving out of state. I am a woman of a previous D V situation that is LGBQT and am insulted I had paid $94 for an office announcement that I am going to bounce around the US and Mexico looking for a rich man when I DO NOT date men
This is unacceptable behavior and insult to women to be empowered and able to afford and care for themselves
He acts and laughs at women ( like me) creating a beautiful life as he assumes from his position of degree Women must rely on men to survive
Also the pics he posts on makeovers take years of work

I arrived to my first appointment today to be greeted by a receptionist not wearing a mask. I calmly and politely asked what the masking policy was and she said she didn't have to wear one since she was behind plexi -glass and that no one else was in waiting room (though me and my daughter were). She seemed very irritated with me for even asking and stated that she would wear one if it made ME more comfortable several times before actually putting one on. I told her that I work in healthcare and was just very surprised to walk into a dental office and see staff unmasked. The receptionist found that my dental insurance was showing as inactive, which resulted in me having to make several calls to Delta Dental, my health insurance, and HR of the company I work for to get it sorted out so ultimately was not seen, but I consider it a blessing in disguise. I would not recommend this place if staff are not required to wear masks during a pandemic as they are offering healthcare services and especially treating a potential patient rudely for asking about their policy.

Dr. Norooz is by far my favorite Dentist I have ever hired. I was a customer of his for many, many years. I was very disappointed to have to seek care from another dentist in Tacoma. I am not going to bash Denise in this review. But, I feel it is very important to mention that I chose to seek care elsewhere after my last interaction with her. She made me feel very, very uncomfortable. I wish the good doctor all the best.

I have always had a fear of Dentist and those days are gone. Dr. Norooz and his Staff, throughout their extremely kind, compassion and informative explanations, have given me a "New sense of Confidence". I wish I had met them years earlier. Dr. Norooz is very observant and attentive to Patient's pain or discomfort. He truly cares and he is very genuine. I actually enjoy going to the Dentist now (Oh my, I never thought those words would come out of my mouth regarding Dental procedures).
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Norooz and Staff to everyone. We all deserve great dental care and availability to current and improved technology - You get the very BEST with One Stop Dentistry.

Dr Norooz and his staff went above and beyond while I was in their care. Truly a one stop office. The previous dentist I went to charged me for a consultation and xrays and then referred me to a specialist that charged me for another consultation and more expensive xrays and then they referred me to a third place! I skipped the third consultation and went directly to Dr Norooz. Him and his staff were able to perform all of the procedures that would have normally taken three different companies. I am very grateful.

Dr Norooz and his staff are amazing! I can't say enough good things about them and I have been going to this clinic for over 8 years. I trust him to care for me and my family.

The level of customer service provider by Dr Norooz and his staff is rare. Making appointments has always been easy and the quality, safety, and efficiency of their care have always been outstanding.

Dr Norooz is capable of caring for problems that range from minor to very complex and he is skilled and willing to provide sedation when needed or requested.
He recently helped care for my aging father who has severe dementia and required a lot of dental work. It required considerable knowledge and patience to care for him and it was handled beautifully. I am certain that it would have been hard to find another dentist who would have been able and willing to provide the care that my father needed.

Last, but certainly not least, Dr Norooz is a very kind man who is genuinely interested in understanding his patients and how they are doing.

He and his team at One Stop Dentistry are the complete package and I would highly encourage anyone to try them.

How to rate this? I typically do not post negative reviews but felt need to after yet another unsatisfactory incident today with Denise/the billing dept for Dr Norooz. The actual dental work performed by Dr Norooz 10 month ago(!) was very satisfactory and we had planned on keeping Dr Norooz for all further dental care. Let me just say "the billing dept" could stand a good lesson in appropriate billing procedure. Her discrepancy is to a degree that our insurance company will be contacting her directly to offer guidance and hopefully resolution. I noted a similar comment from another reviewer so have a feeling our issue may not be an uncommon occurrence. Word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising. I hope if Dr Norooz sees this review, he will contact us for our side of the story as I doubt he is aware. We have unfortunately left Dr Norooz' services to avoid further issue. I wish him success as his accomplishments are admirable.

DR. Norooz and his staff has taken Dentistry to another level. As a 30 year military veteran , I had a lot of stay ready to go to war work done on my teeth. Dr. Norooz has completely did a remake on my dental work and I can't stop smiling . I have never met a staff that take so much pride in making their patients happy. They go the extra mile, I highly recommend that once you stop at One Stop Dentistry that this Dentistry will be your only stop.

Dr. Nooroz and his staff are the best in the field. I have never had a better, more caring, or comfortable visit to the dentist. His team is amazing! They cured my daughter's fear of dentists with kindness and care. I would recommend them without reservation!
