Very friendly staff. Really cool atmosphere and decor. Staff came up with a quick, cost-effective solution to my problem.
My only 'negative' experience was that they didn't help me get cleaned up very soon after getting impression-mix debris all over my face, including cheeks, jaw, and inside my nose.
However, this was probably because they were a little disheveled. They had just moved into a new space and had only operated in it for less than a week. They were probably still getting used to where everything was located.
It wasn't a big deal, but I would've rated them more highly if they would've helped me get cleaned up sooner.
Overall, they are great!! And I'm truly grateful they were able to help me to get a new 'hawley retainer' so quickly!!

I started working with these guys/gals and we developed a plan on where to start. Deschutes River helped me step by step in restoring my smile. Who doesn't want a confident smile? They were there for me EVERY STEP of the way!! Within a few short months I had my confidence back!! My smile and teeth looked amazing!! Dr Edwards was great, especially with the kids. The billing and how they charge blindly is the killer. I never had a visit that I didn't get a bill after for over $1000. Always under the assumption my dental would cover the work being done. Horrible billing process and not transparent at all. Avoid because of that.

Deschutes is my favorite dental practice anywhere ! They are enormously kind, gentle and reassuring to my mom who developed dementia 2 years ago. She's been coming for decades. I'm tempted to relocate from Connecticut to Olympia just to change dentists!
