First time at New Horizons, I was not disappointed, based on the fact that I have a huge phobia with dentists, hygienists, receptionists and basically anyone involved with dentistry including the janitor, the staff at New Horizons were awesome! I have to be honest and say i probably won't be skipping to my next appointment but at least I won't be kicking and screaming like a little baby, smiles.

Only had one visit so far but it was definitely better than my last one, I didn't feel like I was being forced into any certain route, they gave me info about what my insurance would cover, etc. so I could make my own decision. Also very friendly hygienist and receptionist. I will be back for sure!

This is by far the BEST dental office I have ever been to. My hygienist Hillary is always a pleasure to see and she does a great job. The ladies in the front are always very friendly and sweet and Dr. James is great!

The one star is for the friendly staff. But, that cannot compensate for incompetence.
Dr. Steve insisted on extensive work after a routine exam. My bite is ruined for life unless I find another dentist who can figure out how to reverse this situation. I can only imagine how costly that will be.
Before you agree to any work recommended by him, get a second opinion. Or just go somewhere else to begin with. Dr. Steve’s open schedule is not for your convenience, it is an indication of his lack of business.

I have had quite the opposite experience from those here, maybe they are family and friends of the staff?? I have had several things done there and 3 of them I had to go back because they didn't do it right. tooth extracted and left a large part in, crown replaced a couple of times because kept coming off, then had to do additional work and re do the crown again. the only reason I am still there is for them to correct their mistakes then I am out of here!! I guess they haven't heard of "Do it right the first time"

Upon a scheduled arrival, I was given a complete exam and fillings for my first visit. Staff was very friendly, notably Heather as well. I hope I was able to be a great patient for them as much as I appreciate their services. Thank you!

My boyfriend lost a front tooth crown, and out of desperation we found ourselves at their front desk without an appointment...on a Friday...before a holiday weekend. Dustin had been a previous patient and is extremely uncomfortable in a dental office, but felt somewhat comfortable at New Horizons.
I can't find the right words to explain how compassionate and truly amazing the whole team was from start to finish. Mind you we lucked out and were seen, (in office no more than an hour in total) Dustin's experience was exceptional, low out of pocket cost, and his smile is back to perfect. Thankful is an understatement, and the impression your office left on us is lasting! You guys rock!!!
