I had my first appointment today. I must say that everyone I had the pleasure of meeting today starting with the ex ray technician, then the dentist and even the young man in billing showed exceptional customer service. All went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone was pleasant, patient and eager to help me understand my problems and what solutions were the best options for me. They were non judgemental and treated me with respect and kindness. I'm beyond grateful that I found the crew at Aspen Dental. They made the expensive, embarrassing and painful dental visit, that I've been avoiding, a day that will forever be in my memory as the day I felt grateful for getting bad news from great people.

This was my first appointment, and to say I was terrified would be an understatement. I had an issue with my insurance while waiting for the dentist to come in, and I immediately started to panic. Emily, one of the hygienists there, sprung into action and quickly reassured me that everything was okay, and how to find out the information I needed to proceed with treatment. So incredibly thankful for her. Dr. King was very patient as well as understanding, and actually listened to me and gave me every treatment option I had. Every single person I had an encounter with was very friendly and super informative. No question went unanswered! I'm looking forward to getting my smile back.

The staff was very nice and professional. Everyone reassured me it was okay and helped me calmed down. They made the process extremely easy! I needed to have a root canal and prepare for crowns, it was painless and stress free! Absolutely recommend!!

My entire family goes to Aspen for their dental needs. We have all had the best experiences, from front desk to hygienists to seeing the doctor. Most recently I had a bad tooth that I had been putting off taking care of for a year because I was afraid. It ended up getting infected, Dr King seen me as a walk in, prescribed antibiotics and after discussing my options I chose to have the tooth pulled the next week. He knew I was nervous and talked me through the procedure. He is absolutely the best!!!! I highly recommend Dr King and staff for all dental needs.

VERY NICE. Too busy. Tries to sell you everything. Tries to recharge you even you’ve put everything on a card. The two fillings he did for me have random pain & the permanent cap too. The permanent cap fell out while eating a Cali roll. When I went back to get the cap put back on, I waited over an hour in the waiting room to be seen for 7 min. The WORST PART. The tooth I went for MAINLY, was NEVER touched. The appointment disappeared twice. I called to ask when the appointment was, they said there wasn’t one @ they couldn’t see me until Sept. it was July. They promised to get me in sooner if they could bc I told them it was starting to hurt more. Wellllll my gf ended up needed if another appointment & they got her in BEFORE me. Never called me to get me in sooner. Still have not gone back bc when I called to reschedule a 3rd time, they wanted to recharge me. They said they had refunded my card for not doing my tooth. SO you cancelled my appointment twice ( they have no record of it) (even tho I have it noted on the plan me n Justin made together) AND refunded. That’s cool to get the money but I don’t know why it was cancelled and refunded and then try to charge me again. The workers are seriously the sweetest but everyone is so busy they can’t accurately accommodate patients. I know plenty of people w the same experience. Just wish I woulda known before hand

This place is joke I had temporary dentures made in August 2022 went several times for adjustment I travel little over hour to get there I have had at least 2appointments canceled after I arrived they added something to temporary and told me they were my permanent I have not been able to eat a bite with either set even with adhesive they won't stay in they are crooked and just awful once I said I shouldn't have to pay over $2000 for crooked teeth that won't stay in mouth and are useless to me Dr king said they would make another set and if they weren't right they would refund my money that has been 3 weeks I still don't have teeth and they have rescheduled 2 appointments and was supposed to call me today with my next appointment no call so I called them got answering machine so I still don't have a n appointment I'm telling you I paid 800 for son's dentures got them in 1 day and he has had better luck with them I am really frustrated I think they should have to pay me for my sufferings I just want to be able to eat looks don't matter to me

I received a complete exam, good advice and was put at ease regarding treatment. The staff really cared and made great efforts for my needs

I've been here multiple times for readjustments and they STILL can't get my dentures to fit and work properly. Every time I go in, I feel like I'm being rushed to get out. They don't want to take the time to truly understand my issues with my dentures. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the remainder of the staff who are very kind, other than that, I would've gave NO stars. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Update:

Very poor craftsmanship!!! I have had these dentures, maybe 5 months. Went to a restaurant with my family and the result is in the photos. I am completely UNSATISFIED with this place and their craftsmanship of their supposed best dentures.

My son has been waiting almost a year for permanent partials. After many trips for cleanings, etc., and mega money paid, he had an appointment today to get them. Many reminders were sent to confirm appointment, which we confirmed. He drives their from almost Clay County and they tell him the teeth are not in and they don't know when they they will be!!! Calling the AG!!!
