I was very impressed at the detailed examination that was done. I have never had such a thorough exam from a dental office ever. Even though there was more work than I anticipated, at least I know what I have to tackle. The Hygenist Manager made a very good point, most dental offices wont give the patient a full treatment plan afraid of scaring patients off. I am thankful that Aspen gives you a full detail so that you can make proper decision.
The technology is top notch, the office is super clean and sanitized equipment and PPE, the guidelines for COV-19 are being followed.
I want to thank Dr. Lamm for the time and Tonya the Hygenist Manager especially for taking the time with me and answering all my questions. The x ray specialist, dental assistant is really good at X-rays and they not only do Panoramic, but a full set of bite wings that give the Drs. a very clear understanding of your dental health.
Just like anything else, don't expect Aspen to be the cheapest place in town, in fact they are in line or a little below costs to most private practice dentists.
Finally, the office manager assistant, Liz was great and took time to explain my treatment plan costs, and even called me after hours to update my treatment plan with my insurance.

They are friendly, quick to help with appointments, financing, not a long wait. I would recommend more clear cut post procedure instructions regarding the oral rinse and when to safely advance the diet. Other than that, they're wonderful.

I was afraid. Afraid of how my teeth look, afraid of pain, afraid I have so much bone loss and periodontal disease I could not be helped and, afraid I couldn’t afford any services.
The staff, beginning with check in, meeting my Hygienist (Charlie), the DA and Dr. King, swept away all my fears but one. The cost. Then I met Crystal. She helped me find a plan I could afford and explained every step of the process of giving me a smile I 😊 haven’t had in years.
Every single person connected with Aspen Dental was kind, friendly, professional, and compassionate. You don’t find a lot of that these days. Becoming a patient at Aspen Dental is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I only wish I had come sooner.

From the moment I walked through the door til I walked out I found this to be a pleasant first visit. All staff members were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. They put me at ease and I felt comfortable within minutes.

I am hard of hearing. I was asked my accommodations when making the appointment and told them to please have the staff that takes care of me to wear a face shield so I can read their lips. The assistant rolled her eyes a lot because I couldn’t hear. Other staff didn’t speak when I asked or when they did, it was with attitude.

I went in for a first visit because the website stated and staff stated that they could help me with my tooth that had broken off down to the gum with everything exposed, and I was in excruciating pain. I went to my appointment and I was there over 2 hours and they did nothing for my tooth and I was still in pain. The only thing they did was give me an antibiotic. They did not address any pain. They did not provide any emergency dental services. I had to call another dentist the same day and have my tooth extracted that day. I will never be back. If I could give zero stars then I would. Horrible place to be seen on an emergency basis.

Went to Aspen Dental just yesterday after someone canceled and they got. me in a month and a half earlier than my appointment. Everyone there was extremely nice and very informitive. They let me know what was wrong and gave me multiple payment options that woyld suit my budget. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone

So far I like them only had two visits, getting ready for 2 extractions, then being fitted for partials, then repairing remaining teeth. so can't say much about them till all finished, but I'll be back for more on how I feel, I'm sure it will be grand. God Bless to all.

I just walked out in the middle of my appointment, went to Walmart and got some anbesol. It did more for my toothache and 15 seconds than anybody at Aspen Dental did in the 2 hours I was there.
