If you have little to no income. And you need immediate care. Do not call aspen dental. I spent so, much of time calling around dental offices that were completely over my budget. I was in complete desparity. So, ofcourse when i found the number to aspen dental. I was hoping that my luck would turn around. . the Secretary on the phone seemed so helpful. And genuinely concerned about the pain i was experiencing. She even claimed that she would put a coupon on my account to decrease the. Price of a cleaning. 65$ to be precise. The office in beckley was booked. So, i was located to charleston .. Which is a two hour drive. Drove there. Only for them to take a bunch of xrays. Poke my teeth and gums with instruments. And consolidate me. About price ranges. 1000 for a cleaning. And 9000 for overall procedure. I wish this company would've been more upfront instead of wasting my time. And false advertising...

I was extremely happy with my visit. I hadn't seen a dentist in a while and everyone there made me feel so welcomed.
They offered a great payment plan for me also.

Yesterdays visit went great. The doctor is always on time and gets down to business. I had a safety cap put on the screw in my bone which is the 2nd part of a dental implant. Its healing nicely today so I will have the final tooth in by early March. I have every confidence in the dentist in Barbousville WV, hes def on top of his profession.

I entered with 3 serious tooth infections and in a lot of pain. When I spoke to the receptionist she informed me that the outside scheduling company had scheduled me for an appointment on October 28th even though the lady on the phone told me Monday August 26th. The receptionist was very kind and could see the pain I was in and let me in to see the Doctor. (She deserves a raise!)
All of the staff was very kind especially Charlie the Dental Hygienist! I will be going back September the 12th to have my teeth extracted. Keep up the good work!!!

I went to Aspen dental a week ago. Was told we will contact you tomorrow with payment options. I’m on Medicaid they said don’t worry about it. I called them today to be told the server was down we will return your call. Call was returned they want 1,058$ I can pay upfront or half up front n half on pick up. I don’t have food (not that I can eat it) let alone money. Best part is I already have no teeth this just replacement dentures. Can you imagine if I had to have extractions. I would not recommend using this dental facility.

I went to Aspen to check the small lumps I have on my upper palate. I’m really worried because other dentists and ENT doctors said there’s nothing wrong but I know there is. I have a terrible headache, tenderness on my left neck and jaw. My ears always has this tingling sensation. I mentioned that my lower front teeth moved way backward. Dr. King diagnosed classic TMD and referred me to an ortho. He, the staff who did my xray and the hygienist are really good and very accommodating.

If I were to rate Aspen Dental based on the service I received and the friendliness of all the staff there, this would be a 5-star review hands down. I have to take a couple stars off due to the billing department though. On February 27th, I checked my mail to find a bill from them that had a due date of February 26th (receiving the bill after it was due was not a great start). Including the amount from this bill, my total amount out of pocket will be MORE THAN DOUBLE what they told me it would be when they came up with my treatment plan. I don't mind paying what I owe (although admittedly, I probably would've turned down some of the unnecessary services had I known that I would've been paying this much out of pocket), but it would be nice to have an accurate idea of how much my treatment will cost me before I agree to it. I'm not sure if they got inaccurate information from my dental insurance or what exactly happened, but something in their billing department has some definite room for improvement.

Told me I needed a gum treatment before I could get my fillings. It was to cost around 700$ never mentioned a teeth cleaning like every other dentist does. The salesman on the phone told me 119$ for a filling and in person it actually was 400$. I waited 3 months to get in and for nothing good!!! A up selling $$$$ scam it seems. I think they love to rip off good dental insurance but I am out of pocket so I did not take the ride.

Pleasant staff, good technology but extremely long process.

I usually have bad experiences at the dentist, but the staff here was super friendly and super quick! The wait between X-rays and exam was long, but when they came in they were fast.
