I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism that the entire staff displayed at my first appointment. Dr. King was very attentive and caring. He listened to all my concerns and answered every question I nervously threw at him. They are, by far, the best dentist I've ever been to. Kudos to Dr. King and staff!! You guys rock!!

I went in for a crown in June. I was not numbed for my permanent crown and went through the most terrible pain I’ve ever felt when they were blowing air onto my EXPOSED tooth to dry it for the cement. 2 months later I’m having awful pain, can’t bite down without hurting the nerve, and I’m worried it could be infected. I won’t go back to them.

I could not believe how hard they make it for you to transfer your records to another practice. I have spent at least 4 days trying to get them to transfer records. I was told that I had to physically come in and sign some paperwork. The last dentist I worked with just had me sign some release forms and I was able to have my records transferred. These people put you on terminal hold and get angry with you if you ask questions.
They tend to lure you in with the free exam and x-rays and if you don't use their services they keep your information. The free exam is just a ruse. They get very rude and hateful with you if you don't use them and holding on to your patient records is just one way they try to keep you as a patient. I wouldn't recommend this office or aspen dental to anyone. The are just interested in making money and will recommend expensive procedures in the interest of making money rather than work with someone who is on a budget or does not have the resources to take the treatments they want you too.
Ever since I have asked to have my records transferred the staff has been hateful since I wanted to switch practices. These people need to be retrained in customer service and understand that the patient owns the information on the chart and that the provider owns the materials the documents are on. They are keeping your information on purpose for use only in their facility. If you don't get your services there they don't want anything to do with you. You can get better care locally rather than get involved with this pricey franchise.

Don't expect to go back with your wife or husband. Would recommend going elsewhere for clients with anxiety

I made the appointment and asked to establish a relationship with a dentist in the area and all I wanted was a teeth cleaning. Upon arrival I was taken through a series of x rays and examinations. The staff was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. When I met the dentist I commented on all the X-rays and asked how long the cleaning was going to be. He said I was not getting a cleaning today. I was being evaluated and going to be given a treatment plan between himself and the hygienist. They did not have the time to do the cleaning I needed. I was thrown off by this considering I had made an appointment to have a cleaning. After I met with the hygienist she said I was going to have to come in every three months to establish a baseline in tooth and gum health to then be able to have the once every six month cleaning. I was then to meet with the office manager to go over the plan and schedule my first appointment. Upon this meeting, an hour after I entered the building, showed this "plan" was going to cost $1300 dollars the first appointment. They did have a coupon that would make it only $900 dollars. In the time it took to take 12 x rays, a 3D scan of my whole mouth with digital rendering and all of the unrequested hand off to other technicians, I could have had my teeth cleaned and a six month appointment booked to come back. Instead I was lied too over the phone, treated like an uneducated child and passed around like I was in a Ponzi scheme. They do have nice equipment and I can see why. They are robbing people and not listening to their patients. The plan they proposed to me may have been a good plan but they never cared about my wants, my autonomy or my ability to make my own medical/dental choices. I am far from impressed. I will never step foot in a business that I know runs its operation this way.

Aspen Dental tried to do more work than was necessary. I made an appointment to have my 6 month oral evaluation and cleaning. I never did get my cleaning. With all the work they wanted to do I would have out of pocket of more than $1,000.00. I’ve never had to pay for a cleaning and exam. Supposedly everything they did will not be billed to my insurance but we will see. If it is I may need to do a complaint through my insurance or even the dental or medical board.

Stay away they will try to sell you everything, I went for a tooth infection and they wanted to do deep cleaning even when I told them I got one done 6 months ago and I only want to treat my infection several times , they refuse to treat my teeth until I pay for a new deep cleaning or show prove of it . I got my dentist records and went straight to a different dentist , they didn’t ask for deep cleaning records, they treated my teeth in pain and cost half .
Also check what are they charging you for and since they put Botox by accident on my treatment plan….
