They tell you that you will have your dentures in 4-6 months and it's going on 18 months and they have to fix them for the 5th time. They also just realized that I was never billed for my partial and I have to pay 1700 dollars even though I paid in full according to my financial plan.

When did a dentist office who caters to the elderly go corporate?? My 81 yr old mother paid 3500 out of pocket plus what insurance paid and cant be seen for a problem? Have to send out thank you to our local dentist that still care and have compassion for the elderly

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had a dentist. I was very happy to get in quickly because I needed a cleaning and I need to have a crown put in. I made the appointment for a cleaning. After two hours of waiting in a room, I saw the dentist before a hygienist, because they were so overbooked. No cleaning. They tried to sell me a $130 toothbrush, and tried to sell me Invisalign. It felt more like a used car dealership than a dentist. Drove an hour and a half for x-rays? And no cleaning? Why did I even come here?

They were super nice and quick with everything. The girl at the cray machine was very nice and done everything in a timely manner. And she explained everything in an understanding way. The Dentist was very kind as well and i especially liked how he made me feel comfortable, because my anxiety makes it hard to be comfortable around anyone especially doctors and especially when it comes to my teeth. He explained everything to me in a simple understanding way and had a really good and affordable plan for my teeth. The only thing I found problematic is they don't accept Wv Medicaid so i would have to pay out of pocket for the entire procedure but with the prices for everything i cant complain because its very affordable with having to only pay 50% up front until the day of the procedure. I am happy I decided to give Aspen Dental a try I would definitely recommend giving them a try. I know I'm glad i did!!

Dr.King was great. Fixed my issues an was very friendly an informative. Emily the dental assistant was amazing she was on top of her job done things great all the way around and made sure they were done right

From the time I walked in the door until I walked out, I was surrounded by friendly, professional people. The facility is new and clean and updated. It was a blessing that I found this dental practice without any referrals or prior knowledge of it. Along with the professionalism that I was treated with, including by my dentist, Dr. King, I felt completely taken care of. The bonus was a TV at the dental chair. I couldn’t speak highly enough about my experience at Aspen Dental.

Dr. King is an amazing dentist followed by the Dental Assistants and the front desk personnel. They are all very polite and professional at their jobs. Crystal was the best employee I encountered. She was very understanding, kind and clear about the overall steps that needed to be followed! I LOVE ASPEN!

The most unprofessional place I have ever been. Their goal is to get a lengthy care plan to get as much money as they can. Instead of listening to the patient who by the way was in extreme pain they try to strong arm you into procedures or tests that are not necessary. The dental hygienist was condesending and spoke to me like I was a child. As a medical professional myself you dont try to talk patients in pain into some plan of care and large sums of money as they are only focused on their discomfort. I walked out do yourself a favor don't go.

Dr. King, assisted by Alisha, performed a root canal on me. I was very nervous, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. King informed me every step of the way what I could expect, and what he was doing. Alisha made sure multiple times I was comfortable. It was a pain free procedure. I was very impressed with the clean modern office. It is equipped with the latest technology.
On my initial visit, Dr. King offered several options to remedy my problem. I felt confidence in his knowledge, and appreciated his kind manner. I was not rushed, and encouraged to ask questions.
I was presented with the cost of the procedures and what insurance would pay upfront. This allowed me to set up my own timeline.
I highly recommend Dr. King and the entire staff of Aspen Dental.

Wife and I both recently received extractions & full dentures at the Aspen office on corridor G in So. Charleston, WV office on same day.
The dentist was great and neither of us had any pain during the extractions.
Aspen's Follow up appointments scheduling and care is great too.
The dental and office staff is nice, curteous and professional as well as the dentist and the low payment financing for what our insurance didn't cover is what made it all possible for us both to get this done at the same time.
I can't say enough about how good their service is at the Corridor G location we went to!
