It was time to find a new dentist for the first time since the Covid, After doing research, I decided to give Jackson Dental a try. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, and everything was explained, and options were given for the additional work I need. Courtney and Dr. Major were easy to talk to and no pressure. I was given a quote based on my insurance and I was scheduled back within a week for the needed work. so far I'm very happy with my choice!

Dr. Major removed my wisdom teeth on extremely short notice and my experience was beyond excellent.
During the procedure, everything was narrated so that I knew what to expect in each moment during the process. All of it was accurate as well, and at no point did I feel like the expected pain or pressure was undercut.
Crazy to suggest having my wisdom teeth removed was a pleasant experience.
Beyond the appointment, the office staff were all very pleasant and Dr. Major even followed up personally the following day to check up on me and answer any new questions that arose.

I came in for a teeth cleaning appointment. I told them about my bottom left wisdom tooth coming in and they wanted to remove them the same day! It was awesome how quickly they got it done and they were super comforting and nice! As there were 7 people in the room with me, each and every one of them did an amazing job at communicating and making sure I got what I needed!

First time here and everyone made me feel so calm. I am definitely one of those that are “afraid of the dentist” and I had a dental emergency. They were able to get me in within a couple of hours of calling. Dr. Kowalski and team went over my treatment plan very thoroughly and made sure I understood everything and made sure all my questions were answered. I just overall had a wonderful experience and can honestly say that I am excited to go back and get my teeth taken care of and get my dental health back on track!

First time back at the dentist in way too long. They were SO kind! I have horrible dental anxiety and they treated me with so much compassion let alone the top notch dental care I received. Dr major was amazing and so was Dr. Kowalski.
EDIT: the more I have thought about this through the week the more I realize how rare this level of care is. The day of my emergent work Dr. Major called on the evening to check on me and make sure everything was going smoothly and I wasn’t having issues. My face was still partially numb (i have nervous system issues not a them issue) he explained some options of what it could be gave me the outcomes of those and what to expect. He also told me he would be touching base again the next day. We talked again the next day I was doing much better. He had given me his card which has his cell and told me if anything concerned me after hours to reach out which I did. He was kind and concise which I very much appreciated. He not his staff ever made me feel like a burden or shamed me for not seeking dental care sooner for the issues I was having. I will never be going anywhere else.

My son has a pretty strong gag reflex and a little scared of the dentist. His hygienist and dentist were very knowledgeable and kept his mind at ease! The hygienist was very good with kids and gave him assurance everything was going great. So happy with our visit! Thank you!!

When I moved to Jackson it was convenient to contact Jackson Family Dentistry. To me I never liked going to the dentist, I would always leave in pain and it always felt just depressing to go. But once I met this staff my whole attitude changed! Its a very clean and well maintained facility and every member of the staff treats you like family. My hygienist Courtney makes every visit absolutely fantastic! She's not only very professional, but cares about you as a person and the goings on in your life. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will continue to look forward to each appointment, and thank you again Jackson Family Dentistry for changing my perspective on going to the dentist! All smiles coming from me!

Everyone is always so friendly and considerate! I was the world's biggest chicken about going to the dentist and honestly put it off as long as I could. But I needed dental help and wanted a place close to home so I gave them a shot. I'm glad I did! They listen to your concerns and make you as comfortable as possible.

Im pretty sure nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but today I came home and told my husband "I actually had a great time at the dentist today" lol
