Friendly, gentle & every question and all concerns were addressed. Up to date equipment, TV above the chair, offers of things that would put you at ease & more comfortable. I've only been with them for less the 2 years & so far I am happy I made the change from my previous dentist.

Dr. Kowalski and everyone here are amazing! They are extremely kind, hard working, understanding, and personable. No matter what they provide outstanding care without a doubt! If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, experienced dentist, this is the place you want to be!

I have bad anxiety (9 out of 10) when it comes to the dentist, but the team here is very caring, reassuring, professional, knowledgeable, cleanly and friendly. I really could not ask for a better dental team! I appreciate the new technology used here as well. Plus, the ceiling tv helps!

I had a broken tooth that required prompt attention. The team was able to get me in quickly for temporary repairs, and offered a great permanent solution to the problem. Care was excellent, and the Dr. made a personal call to follow up on my condition. Great team!!

This place is amazing! Called and they got me in right away. All of the staff are so sweet and helpful. I have never been to a dentist office where I’m excited to go back and know my teeth are in great hands.

HORRIBLE! They have called to reschedule my appointment EVERY TIME. I pick my appointment days and times because that is what works for me and I plan accordingly, requesting time off work or taking my son out of school early so we can make our appointment but then I have to rearrange everything because they can't keep those appointments. This last appointment they took my son back at 4:35pm and I ran to get a coffee at the gas station. At 4:49 I received a text from my son saying he was done and had been for a few minutes. So in less than 14 minutes they supposedly completed a cleaning, a flouride treatment and a Dr. exam. My son confirmed that the hygienist was very unthourough and flew through his cleaning then barely slopped on some flourid before leaving to go get the doctor. HORRIBLE!!! We will be finding a new dental office!

Doctor Kowalski and his staff at Jackson Family Dentistry are absolutely phenomenal. I have a severe case of PTSD that has kept me from getting dental work for the better part of two decades. I have met with a few dentists over the years only to flee their office before I could even be fully examined. I have huge issues with laying down in vulnerable positions or being touched by strangers.

My teeth were in very poor shape by the time I finally steeled myself to try once more at Jackson Family Dentistry.

The staff was so kind, understanding, and gentle. They did everything to put me at ease for my exam. Dr Kowalski was the first Dentist I have felt comfortable with in 20 years!

He managed my ptsd with respect and compassion, and removed my wisdom teeth so gently and quickly. I had almost no pain in the recovery. His kindness, professionalism, and skilled, gentle hands provided me with the assurance and trust I needed to go back in for the major dental work, including 4 crowns and a root canal. These were separated into 3 almost 3 hour appointments. Because of Dr Kowalski and his incredible bedside manner and tremendous skill, I have been able to receive the dental care I have needed for TWENTY years.

Let me make clear, I do not have dental phobia. I have severe PTSD which was making it impossible to lay down in a dental chair. This man went above and beyond to create a space of trust and security so I could get through my treatments. I NEVER in my life thought that could be possible.

His work is flawless, my crowns look amazing, and he did it all without putting me through any more trauma. I do not have dental insurance and his team offers a significant discount when paying out of pocket!

If you are a soldier or anyone suffering from PTSD, I highly recommend Dr. Kowalski. He has been the first dentist to gain my trust and I would be walking around with very unhealthy teeth without him. This man is truly a blessing and has the skill to take care of you without excessive pain or complications after surgery. I was shocked how little pain I was in in the days following each procedure.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart Doctor. I cannot stress enough how brave this man was to take me on as a patient.....I went from shaking, teary, ready to swing on anyone who touched me, to a calm, let's do this patient in less than 4 visits.

You do amazing work, and your disposition and integrity have earned my respect and more than that, my trust. I am writing this for those that are seeking a dentist who can handle extreme phobia and PTSD. He is truly at the very top of his game.

Max did such a wonderful job at going over all of the good and bad with my teeth. I felt incredibly well informed and confident making a plan to move forward. He and Kristin were both welcoming, personable, and gave me all the information I needed.

If you are a new patient have a second opinion from a different dentist if you plan on having work done. New owner tried to scam me out of 36k. Said I needed over 12 crowns root canals and started listing other procedures he thought I needed. I wasn't in a dentist for four years. I went up to my old one in West bend and they said I only needed 2 fillings and a cleaning. West bend only set me back 600$. Check around before having work done here

I had substantial work needed to be done on my teeth. The dentist and the assistance did the work necessary quickly and efficiently. And now I have four more teeth that are in good shape.
