My children go to Jackson Family Dentistry and I'm a very satisfied parent. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful, making appointments is easy, and it's very convenient to receive text messages to confirm the appointments. No annoying phone calls to receive! The hygienists are very gentle with my kids and they explain everything beforehand and then review what they found afterward in a non-judgy way. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a local dentist.

They are all super nice and thorough. I changed my review from 5 stars to 4 starts because they tried to get me to do a laser treatment for a cleaning. I went to another dentist and they said I didn't need it. I was able to get a regular cleaning with the other dentist.

Dr Ben and the huge rust Cheyenne were absolutely wonderful! They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave me only the essential corrections needed! They have amazing bedside manner! My 2 year old son had his first dentist appointment and they were absolutely incredible with him! I will be keeping them as our exclusive family dentist!

Thank you Dr. Major and Dr. Heffter for stepping in and helping me feel more at ease about my DENTAL IMPLANT that I so desperately needed. I had so much anxiety prior to getting this treatment done and the way your whole staff treated me as I walked in those doors, was so wonderful. The procedure itself didn't take as long as I had predicted. I was also nervous about post treatment and I can say honestly tell anyone that I had no complications afterwards. None. I don't even have any swelling in that area like you had explained that I might have afterwards. The last thing I wanted to let everyone know is.... THANK YOU for calling me the next day to check up on me and if I had any questions!! I have never received any phone call from my previous dentist. Word of mouth goes a long way!! So that being said, I will let everyone know how wonderful Jackson Family Dentistry is towards their patients!! Until next time....

I am very pleased with Jackson Family Dentistry. The dentist is very knowledgeable and compassionate. My hygienist is excellent. She always takes the time to answer all of the questions I have and it is very obvious that she really cares about what she does. She is exceptional.
The office is very up to date and very clean.

Looking for a new dentist? Come to Jackson Family Dentistry!!! I have been a patient here since 2010 and when Dr. Majors and his group took over not only did they double the size of the building BUT they brought in state of the art dental machinery. No more painful teeth pictures, incredible 180 degree pictures (my last visit not sure if machine does 360). Evertime I go there is something new! They even offer dental sedation for you if you are afraid of procedures (IV sedation and of course laughing gas).
Even the equipment that they use for teeth cleaning is top of the line and they offer Floride treatment for half the price that the old owner of JFD charged (I believe it is only $20 now).
Best of all the staff is so incredibly nice and caring! Everyone from the front desk, the dental hygienists and of course the doctors are wonderful! They listen to every concern you have and also explain everything they are going to do. They are always so friendly!
