Dr. Major, Dr. Kowalski, and the entire staff of Jackson Family Dentistry are beyond wonderful. All of them are friendly, happy, thoughtful, caring, and intelligent people. I trust Drs. Major and Kowalski explicitly. They have both done amazing things with my mouth full of teeth that frankly should have received much better care from me over the years. Even though I moved from the Jackson area more than a year ago, I continue to drive 1-1/2 hours to receive care at Jackson Family Dentistry.

The best dental experience I've ever had! The entire staff are fantastic. My hygienist, Cheyanne did a great job with my cleaning and Dr. Kowalski was thorough and made sure to only do what was necessary for me. I would highly recommend Jackson family dentistry.

The lady’s up front are very friendly. Everyone is very attentive and helpful with any questions or concerns. the lady that did the cleaning was very thorough and you can tell really takes pride in her work. Would recommend to anyone.

I visited Jackson Family Dentistry for the first time today and was very impressed. Having not been to the dentist in almost 2 years, both my hygienist Courtney and the Doctor, Dr. Heffter both made me feel comfortable and explained everything going on with my oral health in great detail. They are amazing I have a huge fear of the dentist from a visit a few years ago at another place. I was having a lot of oral pain and Jackson family dentistry was recommended by a family member. I called and they got me in sameday for an exam they even worked with my schedule took care of the problem as best they could at that appointment. With my anxiety and how much I needed done we decided to schedule and appointment A few weeks later to do all the work under general anesthesia. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed at all of my appointments and did an amazing job I have smile back and feel alot better about going to the dentist. They are simply an amazing dentistry office and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you for everything!

I wanted to post another review but this is only allowing me to edit my previous review so here goes: I had a dental emergency and I was able to get in the same day. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Kowalski and his team. They took care of my issues and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Dr. Kowalski and Jackson Family Dentistry.
I am the biggest chicken when it comes to having dental procedures done but I was so pleased when Dr. Pako Major was able to perform the procedure without pain!! He was so kind and listened to all my concerns. I was even more impressed when he called the next day just to check on how I was feeling. I highly recommend Jackson Family Dentistry!
