I love this dental office!!They are easy to work with, I feel comfortable there for both myself and my children. The staff are wonderful!! Dr. Uker and his staff are fantastic with my kids. My daughter actually asks me "when do we get to go to the dentist again?" What kid actually looks forward to dental appointments?!?!? There are many other dental offices in town, but I appreciate the smaller, friendly office where you feel like the staff know you, you know they will treat you well. I used to be very anxious about dental appointments, but since I have been with this office, and Dr. Uker, I don't mind going at all :)

Love these people. Very kind and understanding and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable, safe and know I working with good people when I go in. My Dentist is in Onalaska but with a recent tooth ache I had to go to the Losey Blvd office and they were terrific too!

Ken and his staff were just amazing. I was having some mouth issues (for about 2 weeks) and called to see if the dentist could see me short notice. (I am a new patient to this dental clinic and hadn't even had my first initial visit yet) AMY at the front desk was so friendly and got me in right away. Dr Ken did a great job with my exam and explaining what he wanted to try for a treatment to help elevate my pain. Since my appointment a couple of days ago, he has called me TWICE to check up on me to see how I was doing! He also got in touch with my doctor to make sure the treatment plan he wanted to do matched what they were doing for me. (He wanted my DR at Mayo and him to be on the same page) WOW!!! All I can say is - don't let the small building fool you. The care you receive is HUGE.
P.S.- I'm the biggest dental chicken ever and I actually cannot wait to go in for my cleaning!! I'm confident that the great care will continue with my future visits!

I have huge dental phobia from childhood and past experiences. I've avoided going to the dentist for a couple yrs. Even though Dr. Uker was out of town from where I live, I wanted to give Midwest Dental a try since I saw good reviews on the web page. I had a crown and replaced an old filling last week and I tell you ... it was the best dental experience ever. If you have anxiety and want pain free ... give Dr. Uker a try. His staff was awesome too ! I can't tell you how happy I was when the dental work was over. I was soooo relieved.

The entire staff is kind and attentive. Dr. Uker is very genuine, discusses any needed treatment; I have had no pain. This has helped to greatly reduce my "dentist anxiety". We feel fortunate to have Dr. Uker as our dentist.

As I was sitting in the dentist's chair I decided to write this review. Usually I sit in a dentist chair hoping the visit will end soon.
I hate needles. DR. HSING-TSE HSUEH talked me into getting numbed up and I have no regrets- didn't feel the needle or the procedure AT ALL. No pain after either. I also have a hard time with not gagging on all the water and tools in my mouth- he was very sensitive to that and patient. As for the filling I got- I don't feel it AT ALL. Usually you can feel a filling... a little smoother than other teeth... feels a little fake... but not this filling. It feels like part of my actual tooth- I can't tell where it is. He was efficient and caring. The office people were awesome too.. the front office lady is always amazing. They were clear about pricing too. Very clean facility, in and out on time, COVID-conscious. Usually there is SOMETHING that isn't great that you kind of put up with, but not this place. 10/10 would recommend/will go back. Just for funsies.
