Byce and Worman Family Dentistry

I avoided the dentist for a few years due to anxiety but finally had to make an appointment for a chipped tooth. The staff at Byce & Worman were friendly and nice, and not at all condescending. No one tried to make me feel guilty for not seeing a dentist sooner, or for the crown and fillings they found I needed. When I came in for the crown, Dr. Byce was clearly concerned about my comfort, asking if I was nervous and letting me know that if I felt any pain he'd stop and take care of it. He worked so quickly, too! I was in and out in about an hour for a crown and two fillings - all completely pain free! I'm so glad I chose Byce & Worman. I'm much less afraid of the dentist now that I'm their patient.

Best dentists I have ever had! I actually like going to the dentist now! My husband was terrified of the dentist, but, now loves to go and thinks Hannah is the greatest! Thank you Drs. Byce and Worman for keeping us healthy!

I have a history of awful dental experiences. I always dread going to the dentist and having work done because I have a very difficult time getting numb. When I moved to Madison, I made an appointment at Byce and Worman Family Dentistry and I'm so glad I did! Dr. Worman totally changed my entire outlook ongoing to the dentist! Dr. Worman took extra time to make sure I was completely numb and comfortable. He was quick, professional and did an excellent job all while making sure I was ok. I would recommend Byce & Worman Family Dentistry to anyone! Especially if they have a few of going to the dentist!

Absolute best staff EVER!!! Always flexible with squeezing me in if needed. The only people I trust with my and my children's teeth. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

"Family Dentistry" is all about family. The staff treated me as family; therefore, one can use the definition of "family" as they want. Everyone was so helpful. They go above and beyond to make one feel as if you are the most important person for the moment.

After the cleaning of my teeth, I felt so good that I am still relishing experience – the best cleaning ever!

Previously Dr. Byce made certain I was well taken care of with my "mouthpiece." Everyone attended to detail.

Lastly, all my needs were met including the "perfect" toothbrush. It was so good to see the staff. Thanks so very much to each of you!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone here is. I'm used to feeling dumb when I go to the dentist, but the one who cleaned my teeth (I think that her name started with an A) pulled out a visual aid and showed me exactly what she was looking for and cleaning. I deeply appreciate being allowed to understand, at a high level, what is happening.

The staff are very friendly and extremely professional. I had 3 cavities filled, in and out 45 minutes. The dentist was quick and thorough. The facility is very new, with comfortable chairs in the exam rooms.

I went here after extensive research. I had a horrible experience at DHA in Fitchburg with a filling. The technician was very friendly and explained everything she was doing and seeing. She cleaned my teeth quickly and efficiently (DHA took 2 hours). Dr. Worman did my consult and he was friendly and explained everything clearly. I had a horrible filling at DHA and explained to him my experience. I needed more fillings so he came up with a plan to ensure that I had a good experience and was very empathetic to what I had been through. I had my first of 3 fillings (the appointments were broken up to ensure everything went smoothly with pain control), it went wonderfully! He did have to do an extra block on top of the normal blocks once he started drilling but once that was complete, I felt nothing (at DHA I had to go through the whole filling, feeling everything). He was quick and friendly and suggested bringing my headphones (great idea) to the next appointment. They also had a tv right above me, a massage chair to take my mind off of what was happening.

The entire staff is very friendly. They had my insurance breakdown within minutes (took DHA months to figure it out despite it being a very common plan). I would highly recommend them, especially if you've had a bad experience before.

Representative who answered the phone for an appointment for my children were very rude! Tried to schedule an appointment and she said that since we missed an appointment back in 2011 (which was an emergency that came up), that my children were deactivated. Would have been one thing if she would have nicely explained their policy, but she was outright rude, talking down to me because we have Badgercare. Our previous experience had been ok, but this women really needs a lesson in customer service.

Could not have been better. Dr. Byce exceeded all of my expectations!! He made time for a procedure that was not scheduled in order to work around my travel plans. I would highly recommend Byce/Worman Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a local Dentist or contemplating a change. A+
