On a visit to this office, I approved an expenditure of over $3,000.00 to remake a partial, including crowning an implant. The office staff said she would get the information on a part needed and call me. Four weeks later and no word. No phone call or e-mail indicating a delay...nothing. I finally had to call her to be told they still didn't have progress on my case. I called my previous oral surgeon and got the information in three minutes.
This lack of consideration and professionalism sent me to another dental office with my business.

I have been a patient of Dr. Byce and Dr. Worman for several decades. In the early 1990's I had extensive discussions with Dr. Byce about mercury alloys used in amalgam fillings. We discussed detailed scientific information which allowed me to make the decision to have all my amalgam fillings removed and replaced with gold. Dr. Byce performed the replacements over the course of a year with tooth contact margins bordering on perfection. Dr. Worman has also seen me a number of times over the years for several teeth that posed problems. Dr. Worman performed the corrective steps in an efficient and careful manner, even staying after hours to complete some dental procedures. I rate these Dentists as excellent in: personal concern for the patient's condition, dental examination, dental analysis, dental corrective proficiency, follow-up care and extensive personal contributions to the local community and schools in athletics. The Dental Hygienists and Administrative staff are all excellent in this dental care facility, providing professional care for the patients condition, detailed oral cleanings, scheduling assistance and overall positive attitudes. They didn’t provide any kind of reason, The appointment I had was scheduled three months ahead of time.

Going to a dentist is not something I do for fun. In fact, there are many, many other things I would rather do. But dental health is extremely important to one's overall health, not to mention an appealing smile, and no dental practice does a better job of caring for your teeth than Byce and Worman. My wife and I have been fans and patients of theirs for many years and plan to continue to do so. You can't do better!

We have been going to B & W since not long after they opened.
They have great techs who seem to stay which is nice as we then get the same one time after time.
We also appreciate that they tell us of any options we might have and if something is needed immediately or at a future time.
Very friendly staff and helpful regarding insurance options.

All staff are personable and helpful. Very efficient service - also appreciate forthwright nature- this is what's going on with your teeth and here's what you can do. Additionally, they provide information at check-out about due balances, deductibles etc, so you're not caught off guard with a bill in your mail.
