Complete Family Dentistry

My boyfriend started going here before me and kept telling me after each one of his visits how great the staff were there (a dentist office is not generally something he gets excited about), so when I moved closer I started going there as well. Dr. Angela and the hygienist I see are both awesome. Super friendly and helpful with recommendations/answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend them!

Very nice people, but was taken aback by the electronic sign-in necessary for 1st time patients. I kept thinking, I don't want to touch a single thing in this office, here I have to use this public pen for 1/2 dozen signatures, and what if I was too old to figure this terminal out? I wasn't really keen on the whole, non-personal way of checking in. You could have sent the forms via email and discussed them at check in. Otherwise, everyone was extremely nice, polite, very professional, and empathetic.

The personal service I received from both the hygenist, Brad, and my dentist, Angie, was very good, caring and attentive. There were technical difficulties that were noisy and interrupted the dental care and was agitating to me. Brad handled it the best he could, however, there wasn't the usual ease and calmness in the the environment.

I recently moved from MN and needed to find a new dentist. It’s never fun having to search online and then guess who may be good. Complete Dentistry came highly recommended from a neighbor, and now I will highly recommend them to anyone reading this. I saw Dr. Angie and she was fabulous.

This is the best dentist experience I've had. I was a little disappointed with the appointment hold they put on my credit card(if I cancelled/no showed) but after my experience there, it is more than made up for.
Most professional group of staff at almost any clinical office I've ever been too, extremely thorough, and explained everything really well.
The other thing I want to note is that they did a lot of small things to make sure I was comfortable (pictures on the ceiling, vaseline on chapped lips before they start the exam, etc.). This place goes above and beyond, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Madison area.

After getting a new crown, I had to go in because my retainer wasn't fitting properly. They were all wonderful, per usual! Dr. Angie was able to tweak my old retainer to accommodate the change so I didn't have to get a whole new one made! Also, added bonus - I was selected as patient of the day so on my way out I received a Complete Family Dentistry mug with some chocolate! :) Thank you all for another great experience!

I was scheduled for a cleaning, which took place. When I was checking out the scheduler told me about the tooth cavity that I needed to have done. Apparently the person that was scheduled for a tooth filling called in that she was ill so she asked if I wanted to take her appointment. Of course I took it !!!
I was very happy to get both a cleaning and a filling all in the same day.

My four year old and I recently had appointments at the same time. The staff was so wonderful with him, he felt like a rockstar. This was the second time he got his teeth cleaned in a completely different room and they made both of us feel so comfortable. Barb also took my 16 month old and played with him in the waiting area. Highly recommend Complete Family Dentistry!

The staff here is very friendly and really make you feel comfortable during your visit. I was just in to have a crown done on my front top tooth. I was very nervous with this whole process since this tooth is a huge part of my smile, however, they did a wonderful job!!
Dr. Angie really went the extra mile to make sure the finished product looked fantastic and natural! She was very friendly, professional, and thorough - treating this process like it was her own smile. It was extremely comforting knowing that the person you're putting your trust in cares about the finished product as much as you do!
Lucy, a dental assistant, did a fantastic job creating my temporary crown to get me through the 2 week wait for the permanent one. She made it blend right in so it was hardly noticeable. Another dental assistant, Tara, helped with the permanent crown process and was also very wonderful to work with! I really appreciate the honestly and effort shown by all 3 of these ladies!

I am 69 years old and experienced having my first crown! Thanks to Dr. Dan and his staff it was a great experience from beginning to end! Every step of the procedures were explained in advance in words easily understood! Being my first, it was consoling to know what was happening and going to happen! Every step of the way I was asked how was doing and whether or not there was discomfort. If there was, it was seen to immediately! In addition, the procedure was not rushed and all were able to pause to answer any and all questions! All in all, there is nothing that I could suggest that they do differently! Huge thank you to Dr. Dan and entire staff. I have been coming to this dental office for 29 years and always am a happy customer!!
