Since 1982 all my dental care has been provided by Complete Family Dentistry, and without exception I have been extremely pleased with their service and care for every single appointment I've ever had. They hustle to help in emergency dental care situations, they are efficient, they keep me appraised of costs, procedural information, and options available. They have never nagged about my occasional irresponsibility at scheduling 2x/year cleanings, they do not lay guilt trips on me when I have neglected to floss for a while. All staff, dentists and techs alike, continually ensure that I am comfortable and pain-free, even provided me a blanket one visit when I was cold. I have never experienced a time when staff was not warm and friendly to me. Dr. Rudy Knutson established this business years ago and although he has since retired, the gentle, neighborly professionalism that he built his practice upon continues along with current staff. I have nothing but positive comments and appreciation for the care Complete Family Dentistry has provided me and my family.

"I've never had so much fun at the dentist's office!" Having not been to the dental office in a number of years, this week's experience was top-rate! Kandie and Dr. Dan were very respectful and honest and gave clear instructions along the way during my recent procedure. There was serious conversation about what was going to happen, but there was also lightness and laughter. They were very good at making sure that I was "doing okay" throughout the whole process. I was very impressed with their work and how comfortable I felt. I'm one of those "weird people" who loves to get her her teeth cleaned--always have--even as a child. Thank you for such a great experience!

I came upon Complete Family Dentistry after I chipped a tooth and needed to get in. I had recently moved to town and hadn't found anyone yet. They got me in right away and everyone is super friendly. I've seen several of their hygienists and both dentists and haven't had a bad experience there. Nobody likes going to the dentist, I'm sure, but honestly, I really don't mind my appointments here!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING dental office here! I am not a resident of Wisconsin and arrived in Madison for work. I also arrived to an immediate dental problem, and so being a stranger to the area, it was random GPS searches that brought me to several dentist offices for consultations. Dr. Daniel Gerdes of Complete Family Dentistry as well as the front desk reception staff and Dr. Gerdes' assistant were all wonderful. Very kind and generous with their time, explanatory and gentle, showing great respect to my unease and nervousness along with providing quality input to the best course of care for me. Dr. Gerdes clearly presents as someone who genuinely cares and the office atmosphere in general among the staff is one of putting you at ease and going the extra mile to provide top quality medical care. This is the first medical office of any kind where I was asked at the front desk "any phobias we should know about?" and this degree of consideration is so impactful and positive! My great thanks to Complete Family Dentistry for taking a very unpleasant situation and making the absolute best of it and helping me through!
