After not having dental insurance for years I came to Gentle Touch to get some help with tooth pain. The staff was friendly from the front desk, to the hygienist and the dentist. I saw Dr. Nolan Jeffries, who did indeed have an incredibly gentle touch. He then called in Dr. Steele for a second opinion and she was just as kind. I am leaving today with a plan in place and hope for improvement on my dental health. What makes this even better, is that they are amazingly affordable. I’m looking forward to coming back in the future.

Dr. Steele is great. Kind with a soft touch. She hasn't tried to take out my old fillings, just because they're old, like past dentists have, and I really appreciate that. We have been seeing her for the past three years we have lived in Cheyenne and glad we chose her practice.

I love Dr. Steele. She makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Her staff for the front desk to the back are very sweet. The office is warm and welcoming and very clean and sanitary.

Called for an appointment, they said that they squared away with my insurance and I was covered. When I showed for my appointment they acted like my insurance wasn't working! They asked where my wife worked?? It was clearly printed on the front of card!! It all came with attitude and no eye contact!! Not a warm and welcoming feel!! When they told me to have the insurance contact them , I had had enough! Bye bye!!!!

After about 2 years without insurance, I came in for a cleaning and found out I was in the early stages of Gum Disease. Fortunately, their Hygienist was able to make due with the time we had and get started and shifted things around to finish my deep clean that day! Now that is customer service with a smile! And all recent visits have been very timely and gentle as possible! Thanks for everything!

Very nice staff but dentist looked at my bad tooth and referred me to another dental office. Cost me $82 for being referred. They didnt do any work.

I can't thank the dentist enough. Had a tooth that had to be removed. It wasn't easy but he succeeded.
