Gentle Touch Dental

The tooth she rebuilt is now infected a little over a week later and one side is to close/attached to one of my other teeth and to far from the other one on the other side. The next day I went back in to have the one side shaved down but she drilled a whole instead, on the side in a different area. Im on my way to go to the doctor for antibiotics now and making a dentist appointment somewhere else. When I tried to talk to them about it they said because they just filled it so far it will get infected without a cap which makes no sense.

First time seeing Dr. Steele, since my dentist left town. I was nervous, but pleased with my experience.
Dora has been cleaning my teeth since I was very young and I always enjoy seeing her (even though going to the dentist is not the most enjoyable experience) she makes it a pleasant one.

Wonderful experience with Jocelyn W. for a teeth cleaning. I would highly recommend her. I drive an hour to get my teeth cleaned because she is so gentle and reliable. The rest of the office staff seemed professional too.

The experience at Gentle touch was great and very efficient with a professional experienced knowledge from the Dr’s and staff. I liked that they kept my appointment on time and didn’t have to wait, like most offices.

Very disappointed with them since they've moved locations and added on staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Steele's for many years. I have always paid my portion, now that I have no insurance, they (Candy) treat me differently. Daughter went in for a cleaning, they couldn't bill as they have done in the past, they wanted payment right then. I understand that you get burned and have non paying customers but when you have never ever had an issue with me, I just cannot comprehend it. Candy didn't seem to concerned when I told her to cancel all my children's and husbands up coming appts. Guess she didn't mind loosing 6 patients all in one day.

They were so nice and did their best to get me in as soon as possible to help my kids aching teeth. They keep in mind that not everyone is a millionaire and times are tough. Dentist took the time to make sure I under stood everything 100%.

It was a very disappointing visit. The hygienist was VERY rude and rough. I get pretty anxious at the dentist in the first place so her being so rough didn’t help the situation and her patience was basically gone by the end of my visit. It had been a few years since my last visit and she had no problems telling me that it’s basically unacceptable and felt the need to lecture me, a grown adult, on how to brush and floss. I didn’t have dental insurance for those years and was unable to afford to go, but I guess she didn’t realize that some people don’t go because they don’t have the money.

You saw me immediately without an appointment. I am not a regular patient. I was only visiting Cheyenne overnight. You accepted my dental emergency without question and treated me as if I were a long-time patient. You were careful to follow Covid guidelines which gave me a sense of safety while being treated. In short, you were terrific!
