Thank you, I really enjoy and trust DR. Jeffres. He really explains what he is going to do. DR. Jeffrey is extremely friendly and so is the staff. I rate five stars 🌟. Thank you everyone at Gentle Touch your the best.

I would highly recommend this office to any one who has anxiety going to dentists. I had not gone to a dentist office in an embarrassing amount of time after having a bad experience and finally worked up the courage to go to this one after seeing so many good reviews. I was not let down. The entire team is caring, capable, nonjudgmental, and knowledgeable.
Kiera and Olga at the reception area are both incredibly kind and make you feel welcome from start to finish. Amy also did a great job explaining my payments and making sure I knew what to do next in terms of scheduling outside appointments.
My first appointment was with Megan and Dr. Jeffres who continued to put me at ease when they answered all of my questions easily and with patience. They were very careful and any time I showed signs of pain they would acknowledge it, which helped with my nervousness.
When I went back for cleaning my hygienist was Natalie. She did a terrific job! She explained exactly what she was doing as she worked and warned me of what I might feel before it happened so I knew it was normal and could prepare. She dealt with my nervousness and made me feel totally comfortable the entire time I was there. She also gave me so many good recommendations on how to take care of my teeth going forward. I'm very happy with how my teeth look and feel after the cleaning she did.
I never thought I would be happy to schedule a dentist appointment, but I truly look forward to working with this office in the future. I appreciate all they did as a team to make me feel comfortable.

I work at the railroad so it is very hard to make appointments for anything. They not only made time for me, they got me in for a cleaning, and fixed both of my teeth, and did an amazing job. No pain, no discomfort. They are all very nice from the front desk, hygienists, dental technicians, and dentist!! Thank you for the amazing experience. Highly recommended.

My experience was truly great. I was afraid to go to the dentist because I'd never been. I was put at ease and my cleaning went great. Diane the hygienist was very gentle and patient. Dr. Steele recommended getting one sealant on a molar and possibly get my wisdom teeth removed in the future. I thought these concerns were conservative and reasonable.

My hygienist was great. It had been many years since my last dental visit and I was pleasantly surprised at how much the process of a routine cleaning has improved. The office was extremely clean and staff were all using measures to avoid contamination.

I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done here, as has my husband. I’ve had some dental anxiety due to a bad experience in the passed, but this office is AMAZING. The receptionists are friendly and organized, the dentist and dental assistants are kind and explain things well! I would like to specifically recommend (AND THANK!) Jocelyn Rawley for everything she did to help me! After visiting her, my mouth felt like a new, shiny, clean mouth!

I want to share my experience with Gentle Touch. The name says it all. I was a first time walk in Emergancy patient. I had never been seen in the office before. I was in pain. To my surprise I was able to be seen that day. Dr Jeffries was very professional. I felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands. The staff was friendly from the receptionist to the Financial Coordinator. My Dental Hygienist Angie and Jocelyn explained the procedure. I highly recommend Gentle Touch to everyone.

The staff is super friendly! My hygienist was very knowledgeable and caring. When I had fillings done Dr.Jeffries was very kind, and gentle. I felt very comfortable, thank you all for such great service!

My Dentist retired and I needed a new one. Asked around town a bit and Gentle Touch was recommended. Broke a tooth on Saturday and they had me in first thing Tuesday morning (yesterday). Jocelyn did an excellent cleaning and Dr Steele was equally as wonderful. Glad to have found these folks!!!

I was greeted with smiles and & empathy due to my failing health. The receptionist showed concern for me as a person not just as a client
My hygienist, Dora was also very kind with the most gentle touch I have experienced while she did X-rays & cleaned my teeth!!
Dr Steele also truly has a very soft gentle touch while she examined my teeth. She listened to my my complaint regarding the fit of my partials & established a plan to repair the problems
When checking out Nancy was compassionate I dealing with my financial situation and was very compassionate and was very respectful in helping me make payment arrangements.
I highly recommend this Dental office to anyone
