They got me in the very next day. Listened to my concerns about a terrible experience I had at aspen dental last year. Explained everything thoroughly and kindly. Really good about future scheduling to get full use of my insurance.

12/12/22 Edit: Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star, if 0 had been an option I would have chose that. On day 4 of a terrible flu, my husband called this morning to cancel my afternoon appt. He spoke with Tiffany, she was beyond sarcastic, nasty and rude, there are almost no words. I even got up and talked to her, she yelled at us and I even told her she should not be working in customer service. I am 51 years old and I don't think in all my life I've ever been talked to the way she talked to us when we are paying for a service and have spent $1000's of dollars in that office in the last year.

Tiffany yelled that she would put doctor on the phone, we agreed and then she yelled at us that the doctor wasn't in today.

I will not be back and will be letting our daughter know as we just referred her last week.

This person will cause patients to leave.

First time patient. Absolutely loved the friendliness and caring manner the entire staff had. The dentist herself is amazing, very thorough and listened to me as the patient.

My experience at Gentle Touch has been awesome. From the time I walk in the door until I leave I feel cared for! If you place a premium on customer service and teamwork then you should come here. Of course the dental work is top notch too! I had 5 appointments in 2 weeks and it was painless, hassle free, friendly and efficient each time. I don't remember ever looking forward to dental appointments but I sincerely look forward to seeing everyone at Gentle Touch each time.

My daughter (4 year old) had an appointment here. It was her first time being to a dentist, and she was a little nervous. The hygienist took their time and made it fun. The doctor also showed her and explained hot to brush her teeth in a fun way. She had some much fun! They made her feel comfortable, which is so important to me as her Mother.

Having dental anxiety, I haven't received proper oral care in years.I finally surrendered and have an awesome treatment plan developed with Dr. Jeffres, and Lindsay who have been patient, caring and understanding throughout the process. Also shout out to Callie for making me as comfortable as possible but also handling with care. This is an amazing group..Thank you so much!

Cali did such a great job making me feel welcome and eased my nerves. She explained everything so I would understand if what my care plan would look like going forward and helped me understand what we needed to prioritize to care for my teeth. Great job!

I’m so glad I switched to this dentist. Much more explanation and patient care from both the hygienists and dentists. Callie took such great care of me during my pregnancy when my mouth was a bit more sensitive than normal. Front staff is also very helpful.
