Disappointed at visit today.
Xrays were emailed May 18. I followed up with a phone call and was told that you had the Xrays last May. Said you didn't have Xrays today, so I had to send after the visit, which is not useful.
Was left in the parking area as instructed, for 30 minutes. Front desk called wrong phone number. Someone should have come out to get me.
Had provided insurance information. Front desk didn't have it. Couldn't make next appointment.

Since I was a child I had a trauma with dentists, I can say that Dr. Lindford has been one of the best dentists I have visited. I did not feel any pain even when he gave me the injection to numb me. In confidence I can say that he is a professional of excellence, again thanks.

Incompetent!!!
Dr. Moser is a great doctor, but the entire front office is incapable. They failed to do a simple task, like making sure the insurance would cover what is supposed to, which ended up costing me twice as much for a procedure. I witnessed couple assistants arguing and not being able to find medical instruments, also front office arguing amongst themselves in front of patients. I'm not going back, and not recommending to anyone.

I had a pano done at a different office, then had that sent to them. They got it, we discussed it, it was up on the screen. Then they later claimed that they never had my pano and the office where I got it done could not be reached, so I would have to pay for another one. So I reached out myself and got my pano back in an hour. Now they've canceled my appointment with forty minutes notice.

Firstly, I don’t like going to dentists. I’ve been going to JFD for a year due to an insurance change. I’ve had 3 cleanings and a night guard made. They don’t try to force extra expensive work that is not completely necessary like some dentists. So, I trust them. My partner is in the middle of having an implant done with Dr. Moser and is VERY impressed with the progress so far!

I've had great experiences with Jackson Family Dentistry. I had a bite issue that was getting in the way of eating properly. I went to three different dentists in three years but none of them could help. Without even talking to him about it, Dr. Moser fixed my bite while replacing a filling. I felt he always found a way to offer the most effective and least invasive care by really understanding his craft and caring about the individual's outcome. Trusting my dentist is a new experience for me. Sonda, the dental hygienist, is super supportive and positive and the office staff always friendly and efficient. One time my mom from out of town lost a filling and they got her in the same day. Can't say enough good things about this office.
