As a brand new patient of this dentist, they were super welcoming and made me feel very comfortable in their care. Hygienist Holly was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about her craft. She did a great job of explaining procedures and laying out options going forward. The Dr. was also very kind and forthright. These folks are the best! Friendly greetings as we came in and a clean and welcoming waiting area were ready for us. Appointment was on time and everyone was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was well cared for and were extremely patient and explained everything before they did it. Broke an old crown, bad timing, I'm retired and there's no dental insurance that you can buy that will actually cover much of anything beyond cleanings. And as it always happens, bad timing budget wise. But to my delight, Doc said it was still protecting so all we had to do was grind off the sharp edges and it's working terrifically. True, I might need it fixed properly in the future but it lets me schedule it when I can better afford it.
It was more than refreshing to find a professional willing to offer a less expensive way out for a catastrophe, in fact it's all too rare.
