The staff was sweet and Dr. Mathis is amazing! He is so fast and very professional. He walked me through the entire procedure on what he was doing or what he was about to do and I respected that!!! Because I was a nervous wreck at first but afterwards I was relieved and in no pain!! I think this will be my new dentist office!

Swung by a few weeks ago to try and snag an appointment, the ladies up front were awesome and very helpful! Kelsey took care of my cleaning and she was awesome! They are easily one of the best Dental offices I’ve ever been to!

Dr. Mathis and his entire staff are always helpful, friendly, considerate, always willing to answer any questions or concerns in a kind and timely manner. I am so thankful for finding them. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for a permanent dentist.

Had my biannual cleaning visit. Taylor S. was my RDH. She did such a great job. I am nervous about medical/dental treatments but thanks to Taylor! Best dental experience I ever had!!

Taylor is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever experienced. She has the most gentle approach and an angelic voice. Props Taylor. Dr. was very awesome too.

Had my first visit at Bent Creek Dental … enjoyed it thoroughly! Every body, from the receptionist to the x-ray tech to the nurse / dental tech to the dentist were SOOOO NICE and professional! I look forward to my next and many more appointments!

Excellent first impression! Went in for routine cleaning after moving to the area. Everyone was nice and thorough, facility was clean and TV's on ceiling were great!

The outstanding reviews for this practice are accurate. I went for the first time today and was so impressed by the cleanliness, kindness, and thoroughness of the reception staff, hygienist, and and dentist. The cost was reasonable and the communication was excellent. This is the best dental practice I've ever been to.

I had the worst cleaning experience ever at this place. I have an overall good oral health (no cavities) and just wanted to do the routine cleaning.
They did a poor job on my molars and the polishing step was so quick and inefficient (I don't want to mention the name of the hygienist because this is not who I am).
I had several cleanings done in the past years and this is the first time I see stains and discoloration right after the appointment and I can feel it more on the molars.
I usually do cleaning twice a year based on my insurance coverage and this one was really wasted. I called them to fix this and they said you can use Crest Strips!!!!! Why would I come for cleaning in the first place?
I have canceled my next appointment in July and I am never coming back to this place.

I've come to realize living near the Auburn, AL area, that you can not have a certain type of insurance or live below a certain tax bracket to survive here. 88% of doctor's offices do not take Medicare/Medicaid/AllKids and this is one of those offices. I scheduled an appt for my 3yro daughter here and spoke with a young lady over the phone. I am a billing/coding specialist 1 as well as an office mgr for a psychotherapist. My family has Medicaid temporarily. With that being said asking abt what insurance is accepted is always one of my first questions. Now I understand errors but I made the appt weeks in advance and never was told they don't accept Medicaid until I got to the location. That was a waste of my time and energy. Then the woman at the front desk assumed she had told me. I suffer from anxiety, so I didn't argue with her bc it honestly wasn't worth it but that was extremely annoying. Please do better about what information is told and accept state insurances because over 78% of people in Alabama has Medicaid/Medicare/AllKids.
