Everyone at O'Brien Dental is so nice and always professional . They truly care about quality service and making sure teeth and gums are in tip top shape.

I scheduled my appt. over the phone. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. She got me scheduled in less than 10 mins. Dentist and dental assistants were gentle and worked in a timely manner. I spent less than an hr on my check-up. Great service!!!!!

I had chronic dental issues that I have put off for years resulting from injuries in my youth. In addition I had a crossbite that interfered with normal chewing. I did not have a pretty smile and was shy to show my front teeth.

I went to Dr. O'Brien after being recommended by a friend. I was afraid and embarrassed. From the moment I walked into the office the first day I was treated with utmost respect and kindness. For the first time I did not feel alone in the process to improve my bite and smile.

Dr. O'Brien and his staff logically and thoughtfully walked me through the process of tooth extractions, root canals, dental orthotics and crowns. Over the course of 18 months my mouth was transformed all while experiencing no pain. The end result is perfect chewing and a beautiful smile.

I love this office! I always try to stick to the same dental hygienist but sometimes, depending on the circumstances, it may not happen. The previous one I’ve seen moved away, then I had a reschedule & had to change again. Regardless, they never disappoint! Highly recommend. Such a friendly staff! (:

My hygienist, Sandy, was AMAZING! She was constantly explaining everything that took place in the visit which reassured me that first, she knew what she was doing and second, that she cared enough about me as a patient to inform me of what and why she was doing specific tasks. The dentist should be scary.. or that's what people say.. but not at this office. I've always been taken care of in the best way possible. FIVE STARS!

I went to this place because the online reviews looked good and my family talked highly of Dr. O'Brien. Unfortunately I saw the younger doctor, Daughtry. He said I had 3 small cavities. He was teaching an assistant while doing my fillings. He looked at the assistant and said "this is that new technique" while doing the small filling the right side. He spent an abnormally long time doing that filling, and began visibly sweating. The filling hurt more and something felt off. As I am checking out (I cannot talk) I am briefly told by the secretary I had a medium sized filling, but no worries they were not going to charge me. Two weeks go by and that same filling hurts to chew on. I go back and have him do a "bite adjustment". It took all of 45 seconds for him to do, and then he basically said if that does not work, all I can do is take ibuprofen. He compared it to a sprain and said it could take up to 6 months to feel better. It has now been well over 6 months. I still cannot comfortably chew on the right side of my mouth. I never had any problems like this before. I feel safe to assume Dr. Daughtry over-drilled my small cavity as I suspected and instead of owning the mistake, he had me wait 6 months in hopes the problem would solve itself. The front-desk staff also aggressively tries getting you to schedule appointments. They will call your emergency contact just to have you confirm your appointment (completely inappropriate). They send misleading emails out saying if you do not use your insurance for the year, you will lose it. The aggressive marketing from their medical practice makes Dr. Daughtry's mistake look worse, as I will now have pay another dental practice to fix it. Will not go back. Would have been way better off if I never went.

In for a 6-month check up and cleaning. Once again, Traci took care of me and did a great job! I am very happy with Dr. O'Brien and the entire staff.
