If you want the BEST dentist in the entire world, then you will go to Dr. O'Brien. I've been seeing him for 25 years and have awesome teeth because of him! My children also have fantastic teeth. He ALWAYS puts the patient first. Excellent experiences and caring staff.

After my former dentist relocated, a friend recommended this location to me. Yesterday was my third visit to the office. I went in for my 6 month cleaning. I originally had an appointment scheduled in March but had to cancel due to other obligations. The staff put me on a wait list and reached out to me faithfully every week whenever they had a cancellation to see if I wanted that spot. I am very appreciative of that. During my visit on yesterday, I will admit that the hygienist was very friendly, yet also rough during the cleaning. There were times when she pressed into my face with her arm so much that I couldn't open my left eye. She leaned her body into my head alot and at one point when trying to reach my wisdom teeth, she yanked my mouth but realizing she did that, she apologized stating it wasn't intentional. I don't feel like the roughness was intentional and she was unaware of my discomfort because I'm not one to complain. However, I left the with very sore gums. For my next cleaning, I will request the hygienist I had the first time as I recall her being so gentle that I was surprised she was finished at the end. Overall, I've only had this one rough cleaning but all other services have been extremely great. Dr. D always seem concerned about my dental health and the best options for my situation and comfort.

Dr. O'Brien and his staff (mainly his assistant, sorry I forgot her name) are extremely professional, compassionate and informative. I was very hesitant about my appointment, not knowing whether my choice was a good one because fate actually led me to this office. I can say that after my initial visit, I AM ECSTATIC ABOUT THE FUTURE CARE THAT I WILL BE RECEIVING! Not only is Dr. O'Brien funny and down to earth he's also blunt and straight to the point!!!! A+++++++++

This dentist office is very unprofessional. I understand this is a very unprecedented time due to Covid-19, however there are steps the business could take to abide by mandates and fulfill your responsibility to your patient at the same time. Staff decided to cancel my daughter's appointment and refer her to an oral surgeon without evaluation to determine if a referral is necessary. The dentist based his decision from an x-ray that is a year old. My daughter called to schedule an appointment from what she thinks maybe her wisdom tooth but the best way to determine if it is her wisdom tooth would be a visit to the dentist office. I spoke with the dentist he stated the reason my daughter's appointment with him was canceled was due to office wanting minimize their appointments and contact with patients. He felt it was necessary for her to see an oral surgeon based on an x-ray from a year ago. The dentist then proceeded to say he doesn't know if surgery will be necessary, and he doesn't know how long it will be before she can be seen by the oral surgeon. I explained to the dentist my daughter has tooth pain. The dentist reassured me that he will call in a prescription he needed to know which pharmacy to send it to. I told him I'm not from that area, so he can send it to any Walgreens in the area. The dentist reassured he would send the prescription in and someone from the office would give my daughter a call by the end of the day with name of the oral surgeon office and the location of Walgreen's the prescription was sent to. My daughter didn't receive a call by the end of the day. I had to call the dentist the next day to ask about the prescription. Spoke with the office manager which I found to be very rude and unapologetic for their miscommunication and lack of concern for the amount of pain my daughter is experiencing. Currently, looking for a professional, caring, compassionate and empathetic dentist office to take care of my daughter's needs.

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and thorough. Traci, my hygienist, and Dr. D took their time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood. I generally dread denstists visits, but they were so calm and patient and it made a world of difference for my nerves :) I highly recommend this practice and these people!

Absolutely wonderful doctors and staff! I have never had a bad experience here. Dr. Donaghey has seen my four year old son several times, and always makes him feel comfortable in the chair! :) I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!
