My family’s first time going to this dentist. They tell us that we can not make payments, that we must pay everything up front, even though this made it financially tough for the next few weeks we agree and we pay exactly what they told us to pay. Then a month or so later we get a bill. And come to find out after speaking to an extended family member and a friend that both go to this dentist they were done exactly the same way as well . Both was charged any where from $29 to a couple of hundred, even though just like us they were told that they had to pay 100% of the bill up front. I wonder how many people they do this to? Now I’m dealing with collection agency because I refuse to pay them their scam. If they would have told me the amount with extra upfront I wouldn’t have even used their service. I highly recommend going somewhere that’s not street hustling their clientele. .

Dr. Pak and my hygienist (Maleah) are the tops in my book. I've been going to Dr. Pak for more than 15 years and this review is LONG overdue
The first time I went to see Dr. Pak was on a Sunday when I'd broken a tooth. He was very kind to give up his Sunday to help me.
Since then I've had regular checkups with Dr. Pak and he and Maleah do such a wonderful job that I'm no longer someone who fears or avoids going to the dentist. I actually look forward to checkups
Last year, Dr. Pak encouraged me to try invisalign to straighten my smile. He told me that I needed to keep my trays in 22 hours a day, so I came up with a spreadsheet-system to keep up with that. It worked great and now I finally have a straight smile.
In fact, the experience with invisalign even gave me the confidence that I could also use my logging skills to do Noom and lose weight. I've lost a significant amount of weight and while I've done the work and Noom has given me great tools to use, it all started because of my invisalign experience!
Thank you, Dr. Pak, thank you, Malea, and thanks to everyone who works at Clairmont. I'm only leaving 5 stars because I can't leave 10,000!

I refused the" recommended" treatment plan. The dentist then refuses to address the issue that brought me in or the broken tooth he found during the exam. Just hussles me out the door. Guess you're not worthy of being a patient unless they can exhaust your dental coverage on the 1st visit.

Super nice staff! Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were patient and understanding with my fear & anxiety about dentists. Plus, they are willing to work with you if you are on a budget. After talking with Dentist, I feel like they always make sure to do any dental work the correct way & not take any shortcuts.

was wonderful. The building and location is superb and the staff is out of this world kind and caring to your needs. Wow I cannot get over how great this place is and how welcomed they made me feel.
