I was in Birmingham for Thanksgiving and lost a cap. My teeth haven’t had proper dental care for years due to terrible insurance and lack of quality dental professionals in my hometown in Florida. Dr. Pak and his spectacular staff were amazing. So much so that I have decided to make Clairmont Cosmetic and Family Dentistry my home for dental care. My daughter lives in the Birmingham area, and I will schedule my appointments around my visits with her. I Highly recommend Dr. Pak and his staff for any dental care necessary.

I am very disappointed in Dr. Pak. I had 2 crowns placed on implant abutments on February 27, 2020. On March 9, 2020, I had to have one of the crowns re-cemented eleven days after the crown was placed on the tooth. The appointment to have these crowns placed was rescheduled 3 times prior to having the procedure done with really no good explanation as to why. Finally, the crowns were placed in my mouth after about two hours of sitting in the dental chair and almost swallowing the crowns two times. On March 9th the date the crowns were re-cemented, I was called and told I had a balance due. I explained that the crowns hadn’t even been placed in my mouth but about 11 days and I shouldn’t be charged. It was not resolved and I received a bill in the mail.

Dr. Pak is so thorough. Always on time. I love going to this office. Everyone who works there is efficient, and a LIVE person has ALWAYS answered the phone when I called during business hours. No long voice options!

Avoid this dentist at all costs. I had multiple bad experiences there, similar to what another user said. Dr. Pak did TERRIBLE work and refused to fix any of it. He also causes an incredible amount of pain when he does procedures.
A crown broke a couple of months after he made it and he wanted to charge full price to fix it. He was mean, mocked me, actually made me cry in a dentists office. I stared having terrible headaches and shooting pain on the side of my face and went to an ENT that suggested it was dental related but Dr. Park dismissed all of that.
Sure enough, when I got fed up with Dr. Pak after my last atrocious interaction with him, I went to a new wonderful dentist that fixed all of his bad work. The new dentist took one look in my mouth and was like... who did this????
