Professional people who are also quite delightful. Love this practice and have traveled to Birmingham from Atlanta and Dallas and elsewhere for all my dental needs because Dr. Pak and his folks are that good.

Very nice staff. But I’m in severe pain and I can’t say I got any relief. I was referred to someone else who may can help. Again. I’m pretty tired of paying for dental visits, cash, and leaving in more pain than I even arrived in because of getting my teeth poked on, just to be told there’s nothing they can do to help with the excruciating pain. ?? But the ladies there were very nice to me. That was a refreshing change though

I am thrilled to know that after all the years I have lived in Birmingham, my husband and I finally found a dental group where every single staff member we came in contact with was friendly and professional!
Most importantly Dr. Pak (the dentist who treated me and who I had never met until today) was not only patient but sincerely empathetic. It remember hearing and seeing quite a few patients yet he never made me feel as if I needed to hurry up and 'be quiet': quite the opposite: He listened to every traumatic experience I had been through and said he wasn't going to risk that happening again so he called an oral surgeon and asked my husband to please bring me by after the procedure was over. I was used to being treated with dignity and respect in Yazoo City (assuming it was a combination of that special town and possibly professional courtesy as well. I will never forget today!

The dentist mentioned a problem he seemed to just identify when he examined me. I’ve been in that office four times in 4 months and told him and the hygienist every time that this problem was one of my main dental issues. Clairmont is a very busy office and I’m concerned that the dentist doesn’t have time to review my chart appropriately before my examinations. The hygienist is very competent, but every time I leave the office, I decide I’m not going to come back because I feel like she talks to me like I’m 10 years old. I do keep coming back, though, because she is good at what she does.

Went their for an appointment for tmj I was told I have to see a different doctor the doctor I saw wasn’t even in their 30 seconds didn’t tell me what he saw or what I could do to help in the mean tim and I had to pay $70 don’t wast your time with this place

Malea, is the best...She's always professional and polite. I lucked up and got her 5 years ago on one of my visit. Since then, I'm very greatful. My son always told me, how easy she makes it, to get your teeth clean. So now, I've experienced it first hand. If you don't have a dental professional, you need to choose this office and make sure you ask for Malea! 😊
