I visited this dentist because I had a cracked bridge and I wanted it repaired. They suggested that I not repair it and get entirely new bridges, which costs $5,000+. They told me that my insurance would cover the procedure, however they did not confirm this with the insurance company. So I have a $5,000 bill when I thought insurance would cover the majority of the procedure. When we have tried calling them they say they are busy and they will call us back, but they never do. Also, they did not explain to me that the bridges they were doing would require them to file my teeth down, so now I have 6 teeth that are filed like shark teeth. So I went from missing two teeth to missing 6. My teeth look good but they do not look natural.

Dr. Pak is very pushy. He doesn’t listen to you until you get to that 'I told you so' moment. He’s very busy and will overlook minor/major issues. I stated several times what I wanted because I was paying for it. He listened, but knew he couldn’t achieve what I asked, but continued to push his pushy wants on me. Instead of referring me to someone that could help. So I was stuck paying for something that I didn’t want. I just found another professional dentist office that was willing to listen to me, because I am the one that’s paying!
