I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Green and her staff. Dr. Green is very passionate and friendly dentist. You can tell Dr. Green loves her job and assures perfection. I have experienced cleanings, a filling, a root canal (in which she met me at her office after hours - that Is dedication) and a recapped front tooth. I left feeling very happy with my results. She gave me the confidence of being able to smile big again. Her staff makes you feel welcomed and go the extra mile to accommodate with your work schedule. From the front to the back is such a pleasant Experience! Dr.Green & her assistant Claire was amazing! So sweet, I highly recommend going to Dental assocites of Hampton cove!! Dr. Green makes sure you are comfortable the whole time during a procedure, you forget you are in the chair. They offer so many amazing services!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are looking for a new dental provider!!

This is my second issue with Dental Associates of Hampton Cove. I reviewed this place previously with a low review due to calling me the day before my appointment saying I needed all kinds of additional out of pocket imaging which made no sense since I see a dentist 2x a year and also a TMD specialist who all take imaging. So we rescheduled while I tracked down the images and was then told I still needed all the out of pocket. Due to piss poor customer service I left a low rated review. I tried giving them a second chance after learning some family goes here which they won’t in the future. I scheduled my appointment for tomorrow over a month ago. Today after multiple attempts playing phone tag on a busy Monday I was told they were canceling my appointment because they didn’t think it was a good fit because the previous low rated review. Now this took the issue from bad customer service to horrible ethics that are illegal unless they find a honest google review as abusive. Now my lawyer is involved and 4 family members will be going elsewhere for dental needs. It’s clearly obvious that they force unnecessary procedures and if you don’t comply you get dropped as a patient. Just read other reviews. I have strong ethics and only leave honest reviews. This seemed to threaten the staff that they canceled an appointment I’ve waited a month for to cancel my appointment. No courtesy was extended due to 4 family members being patients. Oh well lesson learned and now others know that you force unnecessary procedures to pay for your expensive equipment. Zero loyalty to patients be aware!!!!

Dr.Green and her staff are so wonderful. They are so caring and kind. They never rush you and give you plenty of time for questions. Dr.Green is an excellent dentist. She was able to catch a few things that my old dentist missed. I highly recommend them!

New patient with first appointment this morning. I am a very white knuckle dental patient. Never have had a group of dental personnel make me feel so comfortable. Claire, Rose, Mallory and Dr. Green are kind, compassionate, competent and professional at the same time. Every step was explained with a treatment plan as we go forward. I highly recommend Dental Associates of Hampton Cove. My husband has his first appointment this afternoon.
