I was not happy with my denture's. They was keep bring me back and the top denture never got right. But they bring me in for a relining. They would fit for a couple of weeks. My husband lost are insurance. So I quit wearing the denture because they never would fit right. I think when they did my denture mold they did do something right. So I called them again after time went by to see if they could fix them but being I haven't been in the office in a long time and didn't have insurance that I would have to pay. Will this how I see it when I was coming in you still didn't fix the problem then and now don't have insurance now you want to charge me when you never fix the problem the first time. People do your self a favor don't use this dentist office their a joke......

I have been going to Dr. Ray for several years now. Have never had a bad experience Dr. Ray and her staff are great. I always have Robin clean my teeth It never takes her long because I really try to take care of my teeth these ore the only ones I have so I brush as floss daily. In fact when she cleans my teeth it tickles 🤗

I have been going to Dr. Ray for many years. She has always taken such good care of me, my husband, my son and my mom. I recently had an implant. I am so happy with what Dr. Ray did for me I would recommend her to everyone! All sraff are friendly, efficient and professional. You just can't get a better experience with an implant than I received with Dr. Ray!

I was experiencing tooth pain. I went to have them examined. They charged me $96 for x rays only to tell me nothing was wrong. A week later the pain is excruciating, I go another dentist to have them cleaned and they tell me they're shocked that they never pointed out my wisdom teeth needed to be removed. I went and signed a release form to have my x rays emailed to the other dentist I was using, they never sent them. I called to remind them and still nothing. So basically they scammed me out of $96 and wouldn't even hand over the x rays that I paid for. I never will be back.

The front office staff was once efficient and very professional; however, this is no longer the case. Due to their laziness and lack of professionalism, I had waited several months for my dental appliances to return that had already been in house for some time--this is the 2nd and the very last time that I will deal with this place!
I have been a patient since 1993; unfortunately, I will be looking for another dentist.
