The facility was very outstanding and all the staff members was very excellent. I will say on a scale “1 to 10”, I rate the facility a “100” because of their customer service, loyalty, dedication to their patients . I can truly say that I found a new home for all of my dental work. Thanks once again for your continued support.

This was an extremely pleasant dental visit! Im ashamed to say i haven't been to dentist in years, but was told you couldn't tell because i had taken great care of my teeth. I received a consultation to determine the needs and cost of future procedures. I also received a deep cleaning by Dental Hygienist Victoria, and she was AWESOME 👌
So glad i chose Aspen Dental!!

I enjoy the dentist, but this was not an enjoyable experience at all. Between issues with the office and my insurance and the insane amount of imaging they did on my teeth, I was not in a good mood. They topped it off by not having the teeth cleaning as part of their regular exam which is the normal operating procedure for every dentist office I've seen. They did manage to squeeze me in after having me wait for a free hygienist. However, the hygienist rushed and failed to explain that the sonic pick was going to hurt like nails on a chalkboard. I was nearly drowned by this thing as it blasted away at my gums and sensitive teeth.

The staff were nice and all appeared to not work in this office typically. The whole ordeal took over two hours with my gums hurting as I left. I do feel my teeth were clean after leaving, but I worry about sending my family here as it was painful.

Review:
In the past dealing with Aspen Dental had its challenges. However, this particular time had to be the best experience to date.
My jaw was swollen so contacted Aspen Dental Aspen Dental in Opelika, AL. to explained my situation. I was told the earliest I could be seen would be at the end of the month (called on the 9th) Hang in there with me... I was told to call another Aspen Dental to see about being seen at an earlier date. I did explain that it was an emergency and that I was not looking to just make an appointment. I called the Phenix City, AL. and spoke with Emily. I explained the situation ... I was told I could come in but I “would be a walk in" and that I might have to wait a while until they had an empty chair. She said did say they would get to me, even if it was a quick check up to see what was going on. I walked in the door signed in took a seat. 10 minutes later, I was in a chair being seen. They noticed when I walked in with the swelling in my jaw something was definitely something wrong. Long story short... I walked out of the dentist office missing a tooth or three and a prescription for antibiotics. As far as the staff goes.. The Dentist, Dr. Shelby was as professional as they come and believe it or not, genital when it came to extractions ,,, Her assistant of I believe the dental hygienist Tracy was also one of the same. These two ladies worked in-sync and took care of my situation. I am forever grateful for their compassion they showed toward me. Thank you both!

Ms. Tracey did a great service. Glad she was the angel that I needed for my initial visit. God's got it!The staff was professional. Dr. T was pleasant and personable. The hygienist was
concerned and had a listening ear. Great!

TERRIBLE! NO HELP AT ALL! My mother's filling fell out while traveling and she called because the website said they did "emergency care" and told them what she needed. (Spoiler alert: they absolutely lied about their ability to do emergency care) She showed up for the appointment a few hours later and they spent 2 HOURS making her go through x-rays and cleanings that SHE DID NOT WANT OR NEED. Then after all of that they had the audacity to say "oh, we can't fix your filling until next week" Aspen is just a factory and will treat you as a product not a person. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Don't use Aspen I went there this morning for a appointment at 8am. I was told they couldn't do anything til my insurance was verified, so they told me I would have to come back after I drove 30 miles. They could see me but would have to pay up front like 300. So you better check before you use Aspen. The lady at front desk was so rude. She didn't want to be there this was the one in phenix city Alabama.

Aspen Dental was not very understanding of my mistakes at all working with them. The staff made me feel unwelcome. I made a simple mistake by misunderstanding what their dress code was and was fired on the spot. They didn't give me a chance at all and it explains why they're always hiring. They were not understanding and worked as if they never made a mistake. I hope this helps someone.

I have been a patient at Aspen since 2019. My initial issue was the cancellation on my December appt stating a balance was due from June 2022. Once it was confirmed I did not owe I was rescheduled for Feb 1 2023. Upon arriving I was told that the hygienist was on leave and would not return to mid Feb. I had not received a heads up my appt would need to be rescheduled but I went along with it and it was scheduled for the 3rd time for Feb 15 2023. I arrived at 4:00 appt time was 4:15. I sat for 45 mins and when I finally ask what was the issue, the receptionist stated that they are short staffed and she was unsure of how much more of a wait I would have. Keep in mind they close at 5 so clearly I would not be seen. I am very disappointed simply because it took 3 canceled appts and my services still have not been rendered.
