After seeing so many great reviews, I thought I’d give them a try. I went in to see the dentist. I told them I am pregnant multiple times before I came in. They didn’t tell me that I needed permission from my dr. For them to do anything for me. While sitting in the chair being checked, it was noticed that I needed antibiotics. I was advised to have my dr send a letter over and they would send a prescription to my pharmacist to get me started on the medication. After I didn’t hear back, I called and was forced to leave a mess. About a week later, they finally called saying they had got my message and my dr sent the note the day that I asked him to, and that they just didn’t call. Within this call, they assured me that I’d get a prescription for ANTIBIOTICS and they will call me after they sent it in to my pharmacy. Three weeks later, I go to my pharmacy to get prenatal vitamins and they bring up a prescription for pain medicine. Need I remind you, I still haven’t heard from my dentist so I’m assuming I am going to need them because they sent it in, but again.. no antibiotics. I get the pain medicine and call the dentist to assure that I never got the antibiotics. They then treat me like a junky and tell me that they sent them over and if I need anything else I need to see my dr. My pharmacy then call and say the prescription JUST CAME IN😤
I HAVE A CABINET FULL OF PAIN PILLS, I DONT LIKE HOW THEY MAKE ME FEEL SO I DONT TAKE THEM!!!!

As my dentist, YOU said I needed antibiotics and that was the purpose of me calling my dr to send you permission to prescribe them. I NEVER ASKED FOR PAIN PILLS, not once! Don’t blame me for your mistakes.
Not to mention your prices for a crown on a root canal are ridiculous. I literally saved 200.00 by going to another oral practice that comes highly recommended and has been licensed for dentistry longer than you.

As much as I hate going to the dentist, they make the experience not so bad. My wait time was less than five minutes. My hygienist was awesome. When I flinch she knows to move on from that area.

I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist. Completed the registration and was immediately called to the back for Xrays and examination. I was so blowned away by the Beautiful office. It's really beautiful.
Ms. Tracy did an awesome job cleaning, polishing and flossing my teeth. Dr. Rhodes did an awesome examination.

Rhodes & Rhodes has a great up to date and modern atmosphere. Nurses are polite and prompt, reception is respectful and discrete(when necessary). I gave five stars because they're worthy of them.
