This was the swankiest dentist office I've ever been to. I had gone to a different office in Tuscaloosa with exceptionally low standards, but even if I hadn't had that poor experience, I think I still would have been impressed by this office. The staff is courteous and Dr. Melinda was very thorough in her exam. Highly recommend.

I went to Rhodes dentist for two cavity fillings. They numbed me at 1pm. I waited an hour till 2pm and no one checked on me. So I left.
I told them I was leaving and deserved a refund. They gave me a refund.
It is ridiculous that I missed half a days work based on the appointment times to wait an hour for no one to check on me.
This dentist charges $50 if your late or miss your appointment. It’s not fair for them to be an hour late after I paid for my appointment, arrived early, and then be left unchecked with a numb mouth for an hour.

My 6 month appointments at Rhodes & Rhodes are always good. I don’t have to wait long. My cleanings are good and the staff is always friendly. I love the new building. It’s clean and nice and very spacious. Also, I’m always informed of what’s going on with my teeth if something doesn’t look good. I’ve been going here about 7 years now.

This staff is beautiful just like their facility. I left my previous dentistry (Cumberland) due to coworkers speaking very highly of Rhodes and Rhodes. Unfortunately, I have had a tough time being seen (making an appointment) or being seen with an emergency issue. But due to COVID, will try them one more year to test their excellence around appointment scheduling.

Rhodes and Rhodes were recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I listened. This was my first visit but it definitely won't be my last. Fast service, courteous staff, and exceptionally clean office. I saw Dr. Belinda and she was very friendly and very straight forward. To say I was pleased would be an understatement. I recommend this family dentistry to anyone looking for great service.
