EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE! This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! I have moved all over the country for my career and have been to 5 dentists in the last 10 years, Dr Rhodes and her staff are by far the best. My dental hygienist was probably the nicest person I've ever met, I feel so bad I forgot her name. She explained what she was doing and was easy to talk to. Dr Rhodes was really nice, she checked my tonsils, jaw, and lymph nodes. I've never had a dentist do that before. Also, they had HGTV on, which was great, very fun and relaxing. I felt like I was at a spa for my teeth!

This was my first initial visit. I received a deep root cleaning which turned out to be a nightmare. This was unneccesarily painful due to my gums not being numbed= even after I expressed the need for this to happen. The pain only intensified as the procedure progressed. I expressed my uncomfort throughout the process and a mild numbing rub was finally used= which didn't help. I've never had this kind of experience before and am a little disillusioned at this point. Hopefully the next experience will be a better one..
I have since gotten a response from one of the dentists. In summary, I have decided not to go back to this facility. Needless to say, my concerns were not satisfactorily addressed. The customer service was terrible and I don't feel like I was valued. I honestly would not recommend this office to any of my family or friends.

My experience with Rhodes & Rhodes is always a wonderful friendly atmosphere, the staff is professional, make you feel comfortable and always have a smile to brighten up your visit. Melinda is very professional, friendly, with an graceful attitude of taking care of her patient with love and care. I was very nervous about going to the dentist, however, my fears were subsided by the calm atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. The best part was the wait time was not long. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good dentist.

Making the appointment was easy. The receptionist was kind and professional. I arrived a half hour before my appointment but waited an additional half hour before I was called back. The hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable and professional as was the dentist. The facility was clean and beautifully decorated. Besides the initial hiccups my overall experience was good.

They don’t even deserve a star! I went there with tears in my eyes in pain and all they did was take an x-ray and not one dentist or hygienist even looked in my mouth! They never even touched me just gave me a piece of paper that said call this number they can help you and sent me home! They literally did nothing but billed my insurance 700 dollars!!! This is the worst place and a complete SCAM!!!!!

Dr Rhodes-King and her professional staff did an awesome job caring for my son...starting with the receptionist who scheduled the appointment to the dental assistant to the dental hygienist and of course Dr Rhodes-King!! I HIGHLY recommend Rhodes&Rhodes for all your family dentistry needs!!
