Great crew.
On staff tree inspectors greeted me before anyone else had come to work.
Seriously though, first person in the doors and everything was sorted out quick with my phone as far as paperwork, so much quicker than pen and paper. Cleaning was ultra sonic so picks are a thing of the past. Appointment for work put off during covid and my child’s two heart surgeries will be with in a week or so of cleaning. Clean office. Easy location to get to and get back on the main road.

I had been putting off going to the dentist for years ever since my other dentist sold his business. I wish I had gone to Ridge View sooner!
Dr. Lowe is upfront, informative, and personable.
Maggie, who is the lovely lady at the front desk, is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and pricing of services (the breakdown of costs was super easy to understand).
Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the provider doing the x-rays and formal exam. But she was friendly and VERY efficient. I hate getting x-rays because of the discomfort, but she was quick and caring.
Great service. Would highly recommend!

This office is the most wonderful dentist office I have EVER been to and I think I have tried all of them in Juneau and a few down south ( 8 that I remember).
The staff are warm and caring, always smiling and friendly, I have seen both dentists and they listen and advise with knowledge and understanding. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from all these great people. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I have used this dentist the whole time i lived in Fairbanks and they have been very wonderful to me the whole 10 yrs I have used them. The dentist is awesome. Explains things very clearly and yes they do numb the gum before the nettle. I would recommend them to anyone coming into town or anyone from anywhere.

I suppose if Ridge View Dental is up to the same standards as the Alaska Dental Arts Dental office in Juneau, the same could be said. Bu I wrote the following review about the Alaska Dental Arts Office in Juneau, not Fairbanks:
"I was pleasantly surprised. Not so much by the professionalism and skill, for which I cerainly was not disappointed. But the atmosphere is positive, upbeat, friendly, welcoming, accepting, and, well ... FUN! Thank you Elsa, and Kseniia, and DR. Savannah, for such a pleasant experience!"

I was looking for a dentist wasn’t where sure to go. I called around and several people suggested I go to Alaska dental arts. I have been there three times each time was a great experience. Very clean offices, knowledgeable staff, and great dentists. If I have it dental work needed. Continue to use Alaska Dental Arts. Overall they very good at what they do. Thanks

I went there for a c&p exam for prior military service. I was asked a series of questions regarding the events that led to my dental issues and was reassured that everything would be okay. The doctor took a few measurements of my mouth and that was that. The place was clean, professional and id love to go back there to receive dental work at a later date. Thank you

I came to Alaska Dental Arts in Juneau very scared having many bad dental experiences. Everyone here was very very nice and not judgemental. Dr Savannah and Dr Mitch both worked with me and were patient and kind and took the time to talk to me about everything plus my fears. I highly recommend this office. Very professional clean and comforting.
