Horrendous customer service. Went to Gerrick Dental because of the front counter lady being incompetent and the dentist leaving sharp edges on my fillings. They were NEVER able to explain my bill! Family bill was hundreds different than our individual bills. Sneaky stuff.
Also had a crown fall off after a day or two.

Had 2 bad experiences there and will not return. They over charge your insurance company, claiming hygiene instruction fee, and remove it if your insurance doesn't fall for their scam. I requested a routine cleaning for my daughter, which was not done on my kid but pulled a tooth for $80?!
Not impressed.

If there were an option to give more than 5 stars I would. When I first started seeing Dr. J I was PETRIFIED of dentists and would go into a near panic attack just walking in the door. Thanks to the sensitivity of the staff and Dr. J I can now walk into their office voluntarily and let him do whatever work needs to be done. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Plus the team is amazing with my son as well who is only 5. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone, especially anyone who, like myself might be scared of dentists. You will not be sorry I promise you!!
